My Yeast Pimple Treatment Secret recipe:

    You will need:
Get a package of DRY YEAST (will make more then one batch of treatment)
    Water
    A Small Bowl

Use equal parts yeast to water in the bowl to create a paste. Apply to pimple. Leave on overnight/for a few hours. Rinse. PIMPLE GONE!!!!!!

Works every time on big and small pimples. For bigger pimples allow to air dry and apply again. Enjoy ladies! My best beauty secret!!

I use a honey+aspirin mask. Works ok. Have yet to experiment with coffee/green tea rinds, but I hear they work really well. Gonna try putting yogurt in the mix tonight and let you guys know how that works.

Put a few chamomile tea bags in a bowl with some boiling water. Let it cool enough so the steam won't burn you, and put your face over the bowl with a towel covering your head. Hmm... I'll have to try this one with green tea too.
Lead me not into temptation. I can find it myself.

I have heard REALLY good things about tes grinds & your old used tea bags.

I have made a REALLY concious effort for the last two years to have at least one cup of pure white or green tea a day...as I FIRMLY believe it is a VERY important part of my beauty regimen. But What i have begun to do lately, becuase having a cup of tea a day, you tend to throw away a lot of tea bags, So i began researching ways to re-use...them for beauty benefits of course. And what i have read and do now, is when i am finished with the tea bag... i poke a lil hole in the bag rub the essential, wash my hands, then rub the white or green tea on my hands, THEN apply some Grape seed oil, Wipe off, then apply my favorite moisturizor....and pressto,,,INSTANT satin hands! and the excess that I have left over..i just spread it out at the base of my pet plant!

    So beauty tip # 1,977

    Instant Satin Hands:

    1. Have a cuppa White or Green Tea ( Best and most purest for you )
    2. Finish tea, Wash hands.
    3. Open used tea bag, spread contents over palms and back of hands.
    4. Apply moderate to generous amount of Grape Geed Oil to your hands.
    5. Wipe off excess Grape Seed Oil, Apply Favorite moisturizor!

    TOTAL NUMBER OF BENEFITS: 3

P.S. I think THIS and the "Your #1 Diet tip threads should be stickied.....Dontcha think!

LOTS of good stuff from both threads.

Blue Mascara. Maybelline sells the best inexpensive royal blue mascara ever! It flatters every eye color and since it's not as heavy as black mascara, you can get away with more coats of it.

    Milk baths.

I am really excited to try the asprin/strawberry thing! I feel I try new products all the time because I am looking for something that is just easy and doesn't irritate my skin! I have normal skin (breakouts sometimes, clear others) and I hear so much contrasting info about like, every product out there!

I feel where u are coming from daisy. I tell ya how bad my quest for beauty perfection is....

I finished a whole school program of Cosmotology & Esthetics and graduated w/ honors. Not to get a job.....but for general knowledge for myself! ...LOL

I have very oily skin sometimes combo skin.

The best regimen i have constructed for myself....that has gotten me super model results for the last 10 Years.....

    Beauty Tip #4,167

    Supermodel Skin ( Facial ):

    Whilst in the shower:

    0. If you need, before you begin regimen, you can use BROWN sugar ( white sugar is too harsh, even if not consumed, sugar is bad for you..what does that tell you....NO SUGAR, FLOUR, or Salt..but anyway) or some type of facial scrub with the micro beads to sloff off dead skin cells. To make regimen 80% more effective.

    Then/Or

    1. HAND WASH w/ Dove ( unscented beauty bar, as not to irritate skin ) to Pre - Cleanse.

    2. Apply Noxema with HANDS...dont use a towel. That is too harsh for your face. Leave on whilst you soak up all the hotwater..LOL

    3. Wash off noxema, THEN apply with HAND, Some type of Salicylic Acid ( orange stuff ) wash. Leave on whilst you scrub the rest of your body down. ( THIS is THE most important step in the process, to let the Sali acid sit and bake out the gunk in your pores. When u wash off, you will notice a DIFFERENCE in Texture & Esthetics of your skin IMMEDIATELY. )

    4. Rinse off before you get out. then apply your favorite LITE & NON-Comodegenic moisturizor. before beddie bye or as a pre cursor to day or night make up.

TOTAL BENEFITS: 1 ( Perfected canvas to apply make up )

    * Supplemental Info

Only to be applied upon completion of the above regimen on ALTERNATING days 30 mins BEFORE nightly moisturizor:

Mon - Clay Mask, then Retin -A ( MOIST 30 mins AFTER )

Tue - Rx Hydroquinone ( Skin lightening agent ) ( DO NOT APPLY MOISTURIZOR )

Wed - 10% or higher Benzoyl Peroxide ( DO NOT APPLY MOISTURIZOR )

Thur - Clay Mask, then Retin- A ( Moisture 30 mins AFTER )

Fri - Rx Hydroquinone ( DO NOT APPLY MOISTURIZOR )

Sat - Benzoyl Peroxide ( DO NOT APPPLY MOISTURIZOR )

    Sun - Retin - A ( MOIST 30 mins AFTER )

    * LOL...the things we do to look beautiful!

( But remember ladies, Our bodies are our business. And if our bodies dont look good, then our MONEY doesnt look good!...REMEMBER THAT! )

Picking a really good skin regime and sticking to it. I have a very detailed regime from the Body Shop. It's a hybrid between the Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Tea Tree, and Seaweed. Twice a day I cleanse, tone, treat blemishes, use a skin booster, and then moisturize. If I have makeup on, I use a remover first. And a few times a week I use a gentle exfoliator, and once every week or two I use my Vitamin C micro refiner. And I occasionally use a masque of some type. You have to find products that work well with your skin, and use them religiously. Good skin works even without makeup, and it works very well with makeup.

One thing i've always done for years is use johnson's baby oil right after i get out of the shower. seals moisture in without being all sticky! then when i work at night, my skin has a glowy, soft appearance to it without the stickyness i've gotten tons of compliments by customers about how soft and pretty my skin is and i think i owe it all to the baby oil!

I'm also a big fan of babyoil w/ Vita E & Aloa. But baby oil is basically scented mineral oil..which is VERY comodegenic and pore clogging. So its best to use baby oil on only the body and not the face.

Which bring s me to another tip!

    Beauty Tip #133

    Polished Elbows & Knees:

    * Best done in shower or end of a hot soaking tub

    1. Bathe normally, Once complete, Mix a medium bowl of ( just eyeball it as rachal ray says..lol )

WHITE SUGAR ( For body ) BROWN SUGAR ( Face )
    BABY OIL ( Plain or w/ Vita E & Aloa )
AND A TSP of Glycerin ( at any store next to which hazel ) ( to retain moisture )

    2. Apply to Knees & Elbows, scrub elegantly in 360* circle motions.

    3. Rinse off thourghly.

    4. Apply Grape Oil Seed to Knees & Elbows. Remove Excess with paper towel

    5. Apply Cocoa Butter or favorite moisturizor

    Dasiy baby thats great!!!!

The whole Tight & dry thing is great, becuase it sets up your skin to conform to whatever moisturizor YOU want. Not it ( i.e moist for oily, dry, combo, Etc ) and yes...moisturizor will take care of the dryness.

I also do the facial regimen on my chest too! I kinda do the face and chest at same time. Cause they are main problem areas for me. And nobody likes spotty boobs...lol ( Now if I could just learn NOT to fry chicken topless! )

But once you have tried my regimen a few times or actually commit to it, NOXEMA will now become your best friend...LOL

As all your pores have been cleaned or being cleaned out. Oil production is pretty much uninhibited. Instead of getting clogged underneath the skin and causing black/white heads. It just comes out as its suppose to. Kinda makes for the whole shiny thing....but call me crazy..I kinda like the shiny face thing. Guess i'm just weird like that. but anyhoo. I get compliments all day long from peeps askin how i get my skin so clear!

But it is essential that you use noxema to rid oil that accumulates in excess. If you dont, then you just go back to phase one,
    HAVING PROBLEMATIC SKIN...eeck

The key is just sticking to a regimen....not neccessarily mine...lol

A GOOD clay mask TWICE a week will boost the efficientcy of ANY facial regimen. and aids noxema in gettin rid of unwanted oil.

    Which brings me to ......

    Beauty Tip #004

Nap of the earth clay mask:

Upon completion of your favorite facial regimen, it is best to have a clay mask twice a week, to shrink those pores and do some very lite micro exfoliation. and to also boost the effective of your beauty routine. Here is what ya do...

    1. Add your favorite clay mask to a medium bowl. ( It can be green, orange, pink...Etc ) ( All ready pre-made or powder form ), Add 1 - 2 capfulls of Whitch hazel to the mix. ( If you want, you can even add a lil bit of salicylic acid to mix at this point, for those of us with oily skin/acne, salicylic acid dissolves oil/eliminates acne simultaneously ) MIX THOURGHLY.

    2. Take a small paint brush, or a brush of some kind! ( cuz fingers just wont cut it! ) , you can find a lil small brush at ANY store or grocery store or 99 cent store. Hell, even vons sells these in packs of 4 for 2 bucks ( Gotta love cheap beauty! )

    3. Apply enhanced clay mask over entire face , its ok ladies , you dont have to be perfect with it..you can get a little into your hair or in your eyebrows..lol

    4. This is the most IMPORTANT part, Let the mask stay on for 60 mins! Go mop or clean, or play on the internet for the time being...Hey go check out a forum called "Stripper Web" Its made for Entertainers like us, I heard its REALLY good and informational...hehehehh

    5. Rinse off thorughly with LUKE WARM water, then Apply your favorite LITE night time moisturizor

    * Don't forget you can also add your essentials immediately AFTER your claymask and do the whole every other day thing like the example below:

Jojoba oil... use it for makeup remover, dry skin, and dry hair.
Benzoyl peroxide... the only stuff that keeps my face clear.
Vitamins & flaxseed pills (for omega 3s)... so important!
Exercise... I feel mentally and physically better.
I agree with the aspirin mask... been using it for a couple of years and love it!

    Beauty tip # 005 :

    Super Kissable Lips!

    1. Apply ANY type of chapstick to lips.

    2. Cut fresh slice of LIME...Rub over lips till acid begins to eat away dead skin.

    3. Apply CARMEX lip balm ( stuff is a god send, but tastes AWFULL! ) to lips. Let stand for 10 minutes. THIS STUFF WORKS GREAT.

    4. Take tooth brush with toothpaste or vaseline or carmex or whatever and brush away dead skin to reveal super soft lips....

    5. Apply you favorite lip balm. ( Essential Step!!!!! )

    6. Cover with lipstick , lip gloss, or just plain chapstick...or hell everything!!!

Use tinted self tanner to create body contours and enhance curves.

Just like you can use makeup on your face to play up or down certain features or to create balance, you can do the same thing with self tanner. Use it to create the look of fuller breasts by tanning the skin around the breasts and keeping the breasts pale, especially the tops of the breasts. Ditto with butts. Basically, anything you want to appear smaller, tan it. Anywhere you want to appear fuller, leave it pale.

This is an old body builder trick, using dark tanner to make 6 pack abs pop, or creating more definition where there wasn't any.

You have to use the tinted self tanner and makeup sponges to get a feel as to how the tan will look once applied. It totally creates a nice illusion of contours especially in club lighting.

Train yourself not to sleep on your face. Not only is it gross that all the dirt on your pillow gets on your face, but all that pressure on your face all night long is bad, you know when you get those deep red lines that take forever to go away in the morning? Bad bad bad! Its a tip I got from a 40 year old former model who looked like she was 20 and had absolutely no signs of aging. Also sunscreen.

Exfoliation...especially in your crotchal area...which many gals forget or are afraid to do. Helps ward off razor bumps and keeps things extra-fresh and smooth.

what brand of aspirin are you ladies using in your aspirin masks? I went to the store and there were so many to choose from...and lots of them had tons of filler ingredients that scared me. One with mostly aspirin not much else without a coating seems hard to find.

I don't know if I mentioned this - if I did just ignore this. Sleeping on a satin pillowcase. It's good for keeping your hair in the same style ( white girl hair ) helps with hair not breaking plus it has kept my skin in FABULOUS condition.

Don't know the hows or whys of it, but it works.

Yes that does help any woman's hair, not just (white girls). lol. Also Satin caps are good for any woman's hair. I've been wearing satin caps and satin scarfs since I was a little girl. My mom would style our hair the nite before church and wrap a satin scarf or cap on our hair and it was always in tack the next day. Alot of women has always used those since I was little for their hairstyles and yes it does stop breakage also. You can go to any beauty supply, dollar store or walmart they all carry them. With black and white faces on them.

Go to the dollar store, You'll find aspirin without the coating and you will find a big bottle not a little one for super cheap!
