Default how to tell if a custy is someone elses regular?

I am starting to dance again after almost 2 year break. the one thing I forgot how to deal with is telling if a customer is someone elses regular. I am aware that this is a great way to get a girl to hate you, by taking her regular. when i first started dancing i never even was aware of regulars so i just busted in and did my thing but now i am aware and kind of worried?

When you approach a custy ask if he is waiting for someone. It's a great way to break the ice & it may be you he's waiting for.

^ That's great advice! This is a very sticky issue, and I think LU's way of dealing with it is quite classy and smart. Go with that!

Absolutely. That's a great way to start conversation and if you are concerned with stepping on toes, even better.
Personally, I think the whole thing is pretty annoying. If a customer wants to talk to another girl, I don't think anyone should take it personally. Or if a customer is only wanting his favorite girl, no one should take that personally either. If he's waiting on someone, I say "Well, have fun! " and move on. It's all about what the customer wants.
But I am more of a "we should all work together" kinda girl. Whereas most are NOT. If a girl thinks I stole her guy b/c he wanted a dance from me, that's not my fault. I'm not going to check with every girl to make sure the guy who wants a dancer from me is not someone's customer....

I've talked to customers before who have been claimed "regulars" by certain girls and they think it's ridiculous. I think it's a good way to piss your "customer" off, trying to claim them like that. But every situation is different.

I don't buy into to the whole "regulars" thing. It' can be sticky for dancers and for customers. Suddenly the customer wants to be the regular of another girl and he can't because he's already been "claimed".

I'm more the type to keep an eye out and make sure he hasn't been talking to anyone else, then go up and talk to him. I wouldn't swoop in on a customer whose dancer went to the restroom or dressing room, but if it looks like he was just talking to another random girl, yeah - go talk to him. Even if he is someone else's regular, that doesn't mean he's not allowed to buy dances from other girls, and you can share regulars.

Now if it becomes a situation where he starts seeing you on a regular basis and he was someone else's regular, I think the appropriate thing to do is encourage him to buy an equal number of dances with the other girl or more, or possibly do doubles for the dances. Keeps the other dancer happy as long as her income isn't dropping.

Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

If a customer is sitting by himself with no dancers purse on the table and no extra drink at the table he is fair game. Girls will hate on you but do realize all customers in a strip club are fair game. All strip club customers move on from dancer to dancer like a buffet. I prefer to refer to customers this way, "they get tossed around like a cheap whore."
