Every club I go into has some feature or 20 that I want to improve, be it the Private Dance Benches, the size/shape/lighting in the dressing room, the size/shape/number of stalls/ temperature of the bathrooms etc etc. It got me to thinking, what components would make the ideal club?
I'd make the dressing room big enough, at least 8'x12' with stage make-up mirrors and enough clean vinyl chairs for everyone to have one. Tile floors and long lockers, wide counters, hand sanitiser and paper towel and/or baby wipe dispensers.
Dance booths wouldn't be any lower than knee hight to a 5'6" dancer in 5 inch platform heels, and soft enough that the knees didn't get banged up during dances. i want to put lights either in or under the tables in the dance area for counting money.
The bathrooms are the biggest offenders in my current clubs. All the ones I've been in out here in Portland have been entirely tiled frozen caverns of ice and doors that don't latch and there's never enough room for more than one or two girls.
I know most girls here would vote for 15' chrome poles and level stages rather than the "pits" I currently have to work with and racks wide enough to actually do tricks on. Strobe lights would be outlawed as would smoke/fog machines unless it's a feature. (I don't like the feeling of my lungs and sinuses swelling in the fog juice and losing my ability to balance/focus/ perceive depth at the same time makes trying to be sexy almost impossible. )
Every bar should have at least a vending machine with gum, mints, tampons, nail files (I end up breaking a nail at work every two weeks) and prolly other et ceteras like super glue, safety pins or cheap sewing kits those things that we always end up wishing someone in the dressing room had.
What improvements would you make for the Ideal Club?
