    Default Breast jobs and tonalin

I did a search and couldn't find anything on it. I have used tonalin in the past with great results, but don't know if it would mess with my breat implants, I don't want the muscles to get leaner over my implants and make my breasts sag prematurely. I have looked online and if anyone know anything, please me know.

The muscles won't get leaner (it's supposed to help shed fat, not muscle tissue), though over time your muscles may become thinner anyway due to the pressure of the implant. However, this can be countered by exercising your pectoral muscles. Do push-ups or hit the weights!

I have implants and have been doing flyes and chest presses with heavy weight (well, heavy to me--up to 45 lbs) since I got them in 2001. No issues with the implants.

thanks for that! I don't want to gain any weight (well, bulk) while I am healing and since I can't necessarily start working out just yet, I need to pay attention to what I eat and I know that tonalin is a big helper in the "bulk" department.

Yeah, and even when you do start working out, you'll notice that your upper body strength will have taken a major hit. But this is all only going to take 2-3 months tops. As long as you watch what you're eating and don't suddenly begin chowing down everything in sight, nothing you experience now will last. (Except the boobs, of course.) Any weight you temporarily gain is a result of the anesthesia and swelling from the surgery. The swelling will resolve almost completely by about 8 weeks after surgery, and you'll regain most of your pre-surgery strength after about 3 months or so. It might sound like a long time, but considering how long your implants will be around, it's really a pretty short blip.

As far as muscle growth for women, if you were seriously lifting hard and maintaining a high level of protein and a steady caloric increase for about a year, you MIGHT gain 6-7 pounds of muscle, but more like 5. Over the course of 2 months of NOT doing that, the amount of muscle you would gain is negligible, if you even gained any at all. So don't worry--you won't puff up all of a sudden.
