I've written some short stories that I'd like to get feedback on. They would probably be considered in the style of Nora Roberts. Does anyone know of an online resource where writers can get feedback on work from other writers?

Promote yourself and earn more money! This is a business that is owned by strippers for strippers. Let's make that money!
Have you looked at Helium.com?
It's also a place where writers post stories, answer magazine's "articles wnated" sections, and compete to earn money.
But on the forums, you can post your stories, and get constructive feedback and suggestions from seasoned, accomplished writers. It's been an incredible resource for me.

I don't know about on line resources, but have you considered going to a creative writing class?
They vary enormously in quality, but if you luck into a good one it can be very informative.
Typically, they're for a couple of hours one evening a week. You go along, discuss some aspect of writing, maybe get set an exercise on it, then read your work to the other attendees/instructor for comment and feedback.
Sometimes people are too polite to be really critical of your weak points, but it can give useful pointers as to what you do well and what you don't.

I agree with Phil-W. If I remember correctly, Paris, you're in school, right? Does your school offer any creative writing workshops?
I've not had experience with online story critiques, but the writing workshops I've taken have been invaluable because they've allowed me to network with more established writers and also to make friends with other people who write. There's a lot of camaraderie and support to be found in writing workshops. I know of two couples who met their spouses in there.
