Okay, so i want to loose 5-7 lbs in 10 days... mainly from the tummy.
I came up with a plan of only eating fruits and vegetables and drinking atleast 2 liters of water every day for ten days. and then drinking this colon cleansing tea every night before bed.
(I'm also working out with cardio 4 times a week and pole dancing class every day)
Do you girls think it is possible? Bad idea? Unhealthy?
