    Default Elans in Danbury

I've tried to search for this club but can't find any updated information on how this club is now. I prefer to work at a topless, low contact club like Elans but is there any money making potential there? I'm not looking to bank... but at least walk out of the club with a few hundred a night.

I am close to Jersey as well... but really would prefer non-nude and low contact and I haven't found anything that fits that except Elans.

Any information you have would be appreciated. Thanks!!

It's a pretty club and looks clean but was completely dead when I visited on a weekend last May. Can't imagine how girls make any money here.

Stopped in tonight....deader than dead. I also don't like how the girls can only collect stage tips by walking around the bar to each guy after their set.

Also, I'd always heard that Elans was strictly no contact, but I did indeed see some contact going on in the LD area...not that there were a ton of dances going on. I was on the other side of the room, but I could definitely see some hugging/caressing going on.

And what's the deal with the stage? It's enclosed behind the bar and elevated just a few inches from the floor. I felt like I almost had to lean in and peer over the bar!

There was *one* girl I would describe as "hot." She was by far the most entertaining and enthusiastic dancer and had the best personality, as well. The rest of the girls were kind of heavy or even greasy looking (ew) and barely moved at all onstage.

Bartender was inattentive and a complete dodo. It took me about 15 minutes to track down my credit card. I hadn't asked to open a tab--I just never got it back after our first (and only) round of drinks. Bottled beers were $6, which is expensive compared to Rockstar, where I've gotten Sam Adams for $2-$3. When I got my receipt, I realized that the bartender had included a tip when she quoted to price of our drinks, which I thought to be very poor form.

It's a good thing I'd had a massive Lobsterita @ Red Lobster just before going to the club, or I'd have been quite surly about the whole experience.

I've been contemplating dancing there, since from what I hear, it's the only non-gross club in my local area... AKA no extras.

I worked there 5 years ago when they claimes to be the scores of conn. Lol! The club was a decent club and there were pretty girls, it was a gown club then but I found kahoots to have better earning potential and clientele.

I wonder what happened to the gowns! I saw none when I was there.

I wondered about that place too. If you're still looking try beamers in Stamford, ct. It doesn't look like much but the guys who come in spend a lot of money. In the front room there's no contact, in the back room they're allowed to touch but most of them won't if you don't want them to.

Taking the train is a rough commute. I commuted from new haven to manhattan for about a year and that's a lot further, but it's the schedules more than anything else that complicate things. If you miss that 1:45am train you're stuck there until 5:30am. And in ct there isn't anywhere to go at that hour.
When I started dancing 8 or 9 years ago I used to read about Elans. Apparently it really was the scores of ct back then.

my commute breaking point was going into the city on july 3rd and being stranded at a connecticut train station at 3am on july 4th. taxi holiday! wtf is a taxi holiday?

so i do understand not wanting to do the commute. even working dayshift, you suddenly are sleeping 6 hours a day and life loses meaning.
