Sorry if this is an insanely stupid ?, but what is arnica?
it's a miracle herb that help heal bruising, really great for anemics and pole amateurs!
I find it at wild oats, you can find it at new seasons or other health food stores normally. It comes in homeopathic tablets you can take to prevent bruises, or in a topical gel to help bruises heal faster. I buy double packs of the gel and go through a tube or two a month I bruise so easy!

Oh okay, now i know& it wasnt so bad that i feel rediculously stupid.
I def have to invest in some in the future, in case i accidently hit the pole wrong lol
Lots of places online to order it from.

Angel, in addition to Arnica Gel for bruises and muscle aches, you should also look into Glucosamine for joints.![]()
If you can't win. Make the fellow in front of you break the record.

This might sound stupid, but did you try your local natural health food store?
Wholefoods and GNC both carry it for sure.
Do you have a Walgreen's? You can ask at the Pharmacy and they will order it for you. They call you when it is in, no shipping fees involved, and it was inexpensive. I would imagine any pharmacy *can* do this, it is just a matter of asking. It was cheaper this way than what I saw it priced at at Whole Foods and the Co-Ops here.
Vitamin World carries it also, didn't check the price.

Arnica is terrific, no doubt!
But in a pinch, I've also had success with apple cider vinegar -- very easily found at any grocery store...
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt in 1/2 cup of warm apple cider vinegar.
Apply it to the bruise as a compress.
Here is a wonderful site loaded with many other uses for apple cider vinegar.
At $0.89/quart, you can't go wrong!
