    Sad Lower bod. workout

    I want to do a photo shoot soon, & well the lower bod. needs help.
    I do have a (non-motorized) treadmill, will that help? Thanks

    any exercise will help, even walking outside for an hour a day. I like to use a stair climber at the gym, but you could find stairs somewhere to walk up and down for free. That's a great leg workout. Also squatting and lunges are great!

    yeah, a lot will help. but bench step ups (or walking up stairs 2-3 at a time) is the best for a nice booty. and if you do it fast enough to get out of breath, it's a cardio workout too.

    Yes, squats and lunges are amazing for the thighs and booty! One that I love that simultaneously tones the shoulders - I use 3-5 pound dumbbells. Hold them at shoulder height. Squat, and when you come up, lift one of your legs and the dumbbells above your head. And you just alternate your legs. It really lifts and tones your butt like nothing I've ever seen!
    But ya anything that keeps your lower body mobile, running, etc. Maybe a few bike rides a week
