Unfortunately, the club that I work at is the only gentleman's club in the Cincinnati area (besides nasty clubs in Northern Kentucky) and I do realize that the economy is especially bad here but once again people are coming in (we had a full house tonight) and no one tipped on stage or bought dances. Just to make everything just that much peachier our management lowered the cost of couch dances from $20 to $10 and increased our rental fee from $10 to $20 a night.
Also, when I was hired a few weeks ago the General Manager agreed to only require me to work two nights a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) since I'm currently a full time college student at an extremely challenging University that is on the quarter system... I'm actually graduating in June. As I'm on my way out the door tonight he informs me that he had to put me on the schedule on Saturday and Monday nights in addition to Wednesdays and Fridays. It sucks because despite the lack of money I was hoping to be making, I really enjoy the job and I've met a lot of incredible women who also work there. Yes, I do want to make money but not to the point where it jeopardizes my education that I've spent the past 5 years (not to mention cost of tuition) working my ass off to achieve.
I dunno, it just seems as though the managers there are being extremely shady and I'm somewhat tempted to quit.
