So I have not danced in about a year or moved off of my ass. I by no means consider myself fat but I am out of shape. I will be posting my measurements & pictures along with my journey. I will be doing the p90x program. It should be interesing, considering I walked 30 minutes and in the first ten wanted to shoot myself. Of course it was up a really steep hill. The sad part is I used to be able to bounce up and run a 25 min 5k anytime, anyday. Swim suit season is coming and I am also going to start serving. How has p90x worked for everyone else?
