    Angry I do NOT like snaz 75!!!!!!

    I made an order about a month ago, or a little more. On my tracking list, it said everything was shipped(couple outfits, pair of shoes which alone were $50), of course the package comes. NO SHOES! On the list of my receipt in the box it says shoes weren't on it, but my bill says that I ordered them. The package also said 1 of 1. So I email back explaining what happened, and include a copy of my online bill with the shoes in it. She says the shoes weren't available
    (HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU LET SOMEONE ORDER SOMETHING YOU DONT HAVE?!? And currently on the website they are available!) includes the new discount code, which I will include later, and says I can get a refund or store credit. I ask if I can wait until the shoes come in and how long it will take, and ask for a confirmation order code, when the shoes do get sent to me. She says "Sure." ummm yeah, that answered all of my questions!*rolls eyes* I ask again about the confirmation code for when the shoes come in. She sends me a link for my old order!!!!! I respond, "Does this mean the shoes have been shipped to me? That is just the old order list that says they were shipped, when they weren't." She's just like "No, sorry." UMMM WTF?!! I shouldn't have to repeat the same question 3 or 4 times for it to be answered, because someone is completely unattentive to my non-harassing emails. The shoes are still listed as available on the site, but a different pair is listed unavailable till blah blah. I'm so mad im babbling and probably not making sense. If it was a $20 pair of shoes, I wouldn't care, but all of this is completely ridiculous! So I gave up and just asked for a refund to my credit card. Where am I supposed to get fricking shoes at now?(Our local stores suck) I would've included all the emails, but I seriously had to ask questions 2-4 times in a row before they were answered. So it's even more boring than this thread. The new discount code is
    SAVE10 and it's only a 10 percent discount.

    Ive heard crappy things about Snaz75 so I never ordered from them...

    here am I supposed to get fricking shoes at now?
    There are hundreds of places online to order shoes from... here's a link... scroll down and there are like 20 places listed.

    I ordered from Snaz for years and never had a problem with them. There were a few times that the shoes I ordered were not in stock, they always emailed me if that happened. I never had to return anything and the customer service was always great. I'm sorry yo had a problem with them.

    I dont understand why you would even need a refund for the shoes, you should not have been charged in the first place if they were not in stock.

    You should ask to speak to a supervisor or something and let them know of this situation. You gave them a good chunk of business!
    I bet they will offer you a better discount for the mistake they made.

    I never let a company get away with a mistake(that really causes a problem for me) without trying to get proper compensation. You could have fixed your shoe problem for work another way if they would have let you know prior. ..thats what you should argue.

    yeah i ordered a couple pairs of shoes from them, and my order was lost. luckily, though, i wasn't charged for them.

    this annoys me about their site and is the reason i wont order from them. especial;y in the clearance area, you click on something, add to cart. when it pulls up your cart it says the item isnt available. wtf!! if its not available set the website to update the page to say "sold out". i used to do it for ecampus.com' webisite, it makes customers alot happier and, its not hard

    I have to chime in my support for snaz75. I have only had good experiences with them, and I think it is awesome that they give stripperweb members a 20% discount.

    Call the manufacturer and see if they are sold anywhere locally or can direct you to another good online source.

    I think the company is just OKAY. I've been ordering from them for years and I will continue to use them, but here are my grievances...

    I don't like their return policy.

    They've messed up my order more than once and it's such a hassle returning/exchanging shoes.

    They even sent me used shoes before, it must have been a return. When I tried to exchange them, they told me that the shoes were discontinued so if I wanted that brand I had no choice, but to keep them, no fair.

    They're not perfect, but they're better than most of the companies I've dealt with, and I've had some nightmares...

    I've had the same thing happen. Order something, a month goes by....umm. where is my stuff??

    Email them about it, "Oh sorry, not in stock" OK?!?!?! So your gonna just let my order sit there and wait until they come in stock? and how long is that gonna be? And you already took my money?

    I don't understand why they don't put "OUT OF STOCK" on the items that are out of stock!!

    They need to keep their site better updated and be a little more on top of things.

    I've also had this same problem with a site called HowCool.com. I ordered a Halloween costume from them, and a month goes by and they pulled the "Out of stock" bullshit too. Then they said they had NO IDEA when the costume would be back in stock. So WHY would you have something listed as available on your site when it's not, and you don't know when it will be? Then they took forever to refund my card too.

    i like them. i think they are fast and easy to get in touch with. i think their selection is good. im so picky about my shoes.

    the only problem i ever had was i orered a shit ton of clearence stuff. i got this top and skirt that were seperate and i recieved the order with 2 tops. i emailed them and they said they were out of the bottoms and theyd give me store credit. didnt bother me.. it ws super clearence like $5...

    i usually reccomend them for shoes at work to girls.

    the first time i ordered from them, everything was fine. second time i ordered from them, not so much.

    i ordered a $45 pair of shoes...they charged my account, then like 5 days later i got an email saying they were out of stock. they gave me the option of store credit or refund. i chose the store credit thinking i would either find something else i wanted or wait till the shoes were in stock. never got any notice about them becoming available. so i still have a credit from like 4 months ago. i sent them an email if i could have a refund...like 2 weeks later, i got a response. "Sure." was all the message said. when i replied with my order number and info to issue my refund, no response....its been weeks.

    does anyone know if there is a customer service number? because i'm NOT happy.

    ^ Vonnie I looked everywhere on that site when I had a problem with them and no number, just two separate email addresses. The only other thing I found was a mailing address, and not sure if that's gonna help much. Maybe you could do a reverse search on the address to see if a number pops up (I never tried it) but I am guessing they are unlisted for a reason.

    Funny too cause if you read their FAQ they say they "pride themselves on keeping %90 of their inventory in stock" HA! More like %50 percent if you ask me.

    ^^CherryBomb....for some reason, i doubt i'd be able to get a number....if they are screwing people out of money and items, i'm sure they've made SURE they can only be reached when THEY want to. if i don't hear back from them soon, i'm going to report them...i have all of the emails i've sent them, as well as their responses. all of them dated. i have my bank statements as well. so if they don't issue me a refund soon, there will be hell to pay.

    The only bad experience I've had with them so far is that they wouldn't ship a gift to my address that was paid for by a friend. He lives in New York and I live in California. I mean, this is a site for strippers, haven't they dealt with people wanting to purchase merchandise and have it sent as a gift before?

    It pisses me off because now he has to send me a check and I have to place the order myself, which wastes time.

    Oh well, still getting my stuff regardless of the delay so whatever I just thought that was rather strange.

    They dont stock the shoes (at least not pleaser or ellies), those are dropshipped. If you order outfits and shoes, they come from different addresses. That's why they won't know if the shoes are currently available or not. If the warehouse has them, great! If not, they will wait until the new shipment from China comes, which sometimes takes months.

    I get my heels from amazon.com, I have never paid over 20 bucks for my 5 or 6 inch heels. Even my lace up boots I paid about 65 for including shipping. Sorry to hear about ur ordeal. I know its a lot of outfit chicks on myspace...one is even on youtube her name is nikkie06 something, I'm bad with names. Look her up....she is amazing.

    yea i ordered a couple Pleasers from Amazon.com after the whole Snaz fiasco....i ended up getting 2 pairs of 7" double straps for under $60 with free shipping. got them in two days. funny thing is, the only reason i even ordered them from amazon was because the costume lady at my job was dicking me around for 2 weeks. i had prepaid her for some shoes and she kept giving me bullshit, so i got my money back and ordered them FAST because my other shoes were broken. loves amazon. they have EVERY type of shoe in the world

    Thankyou all for suggestions and sympathy. The funniest thing is the first time I wrote them about the problem they took two weeks to respond, then every other email was answered the day after I sent them, but I asked for a refund a week ago, and it's not there, and they haven't written back haha. We should start a stripperweb petition against them!

    The thing about that is the shoe was listed as in stock. Other shoes are listed as out of stock until certain date, and even after I ordered the shoe and they didn't have it, it's STILL listed as available.
