Hi I just started dancing in March at a small club outside of Philly. Anyway I loved it there originally, the owners were so incredibly nice as was the house mom and bouncers. I make good money and like the low key atmosphere. My problem is that about a month after I started the owners hired a new manager and have since been less present in the club. The new manager overbooked girls so many days in April it was ridiculous. I was lucky to somehow not suffer the financial consequences that many other girls reported. This last week as schedules were being made he practically refuse to set up my May schedule until the last minute (which I had to hound him to do). Then tried to give me crap shifts. I stuck to my guns and reminded him that I sell dances and champagne rooms consistently which makes money for the club (and this isn't a club where CRs are popular with clients). I basically got the hours I wanted. I don't care if he is rude to me but I don't want bad hours because he personally doesn't like me or saves the better times for his favorite girls (they don't work but do talk to him all night). The owners seem to like me. The bouncers who keep track of the dance areas have said that I'm one of the top girls selling sells dances and that they don't care for the manager either. To top this off last night he sent a good dancer home and told her not to come back for a month (She does not do drugs she works hard and is never late). The club also seems to be going down hill since he has been there. I'm wondering if I should speak to the owners or if that would create more problems.
Sorry this is so long. I just don't know how to handle this. Thanks for any advice.
