Default Fun pro makeup links + waterproofing your face?

I am super bored so I thought I'd start a new makeup thread.

I recently started using professional water- and grease-based makeup for stage/photo shoot/performance (Kryolan, Mehron, Make Up For Ever specifically) and I was wondering if any of you used the stuff, or had any tips for setting makeup for long hours of work. I don't work at a club but I will be doing sweaty sexytime work, and also have a naturally oily face (but with some parts prone to dryness).

Reference for those of you interested in the products:

    Mehron Paradise palettes

    Kryolan Aquacolor palettes

Plus a website for professional dancers that sells crazy body gems, makeup, etc. I'll let you guys know if it's legit or if they scam my credit card!

...It's been a slow Saturday night.

No one seems to have used this stuff, but my two packages (from danceshopper.com and sillyfarm.com) arrived, and I wanted to share how amazing the stuff is.

Kryolan Supracolor is grease paint. It's similar to creamy eyeshadows you can get in drugstores that never set or dry. The colors (palettes FP1 and P) have amazing bright pastels and primaries that would look incredible onstage. When you set it with powder, it doesn't move around any more than normal eyeshadow.

Kryolan AquaColor and Mehron Paradise are water-activated. You brush a wet brush onto the cakes and apply. These come off with the slightest bit of sweat or rain, so on its own it is a big no-no for girls who sweat even a little. However, the colors are the brightest things you will ever see. The metallics are literally like tinfoil, and the "interferenz" (iridescent) are unusual colors you'd never see anywhere else. There is a neon palette that glows under blacklight.

However, I found that Kryolan makes a spray for setting your face makeup. It's alcohol-based so it is the slightest bit sting-y when you first spray it. But it sets your AquaColor so it doesn't budge!

And finally, the cheapest and most professional powder I've found––colorless and gets rid of shine for hours––is Kryolan Anti-Shine powder. It comes in a container three times the size of MAC blot powder.

I just wanted to share because these products are all geared for the stage and would probably help any dancer who likes bright colors really stand out, while all keeping it set and dry.

Here are some pics from a hot Asian girl on eBay:

Sorry for blabbing, I just...REALLY like makeup.

Sounds awesome, thanks for the info. I will check it out, my skin is a lot like yours. But FYI I'm almost positive that girls eyelashes and eyeshadow have been photoshopped.

Great stuff, especially if you live in a humid climate
    Also this link..

I purchased a case from them. That thing is indestructible - it's been everywhere with me, on planes. In the back of my truck. Good stuff.

Haha maybe Photoshopped, but I have the color itself and it is DEFINITELY that bright. It's neon in daylight and glows under blacklight. The neon pink would look really good for a Harajuku girl kind of look in the club and obviously work really well for a club with blacklights.
