Hi girls,
Just got back into dancing again after a long break. I worked last night, started around 10pm and everything was good. But then I got so freaking tired around 1-2pm. It didn't matter how many coffees or red bulls I had, I still couldn't pull myself up! The lack of energy lead to bad hustling which lead to a bad night!
I only work once a week, so the rest of the week I'll be getting up at 10am and going to bed around midnight.
What do you girls do?
