Then, I came home and did 15 minutes on our elliptical. I finalized it with 5 minutes of Ab work and 5 minutes of good stretching/yoga poses. I'm telling ya...I feel better already, even though doing Ab work with a Ninja Kisser Boston terrier (Walter) is comedy. Laughter counts as Ab work right?
Badonka Tatonka no more! Captain Good Booty is gonna be on her way back!
I get bored easily with working out, so I find that doing lots of different things helps keep my work outs fresh, like: Lap Swimming (My fave), Yoga, Pilates, Weight lifting, lots and lots of lunges and squats, jogging, etc. The best advice a swimmer gave me once was to never do ONE thing more than thirty minutes at a time. Keeps your body and mind challenged and less likely to become bored.
