Default some (hopefully not too repetitive) questions

so i am thinking about auditioning soon and ive been reading everything on this site which has been super insightful and helpful but i have a few questions, that hopefully arent too redundant-just stuff i want to clarify. thanks!

1.) is it better to call the club for an audition or to just drop by like in the early afternoon ready for an audition, or even just in street clothes to personally ask about auditions?

2.) i noticed alot of people talking about clubs taking a cut out of the price of a lapdance. but how does this work, how does the club know how many dances you've done? is it like the honor system or something?

3.) Also do you accept money before or after a lapdance? and if after what do you do in the case of too much touching/disrespectful customer or something else inappropriate where it becomes necessary to stop the dance? how do you know the customer has enough money for all the dances you are giving him?

4.) i like the idea of having a fake 'real' name and story so you are covered no matter what and for safety purposes but what do you do if you work in a club where people who know you/ know about you come in?

5.) How do you make money off of drinks? do you get a percentage or something?

6.) do a lot of girls use makeup on their bodies? doesn't that come off on cusotmers clothes? i dont think i really need to and i feel like it would be a hassle so i wanted to get some opinions

okay thanks so much! im so glad i stumbled upon this website, i know im gonna do a lot better at an audition with all this info than i would have done b4

1.) is it better to call the club for an audition or to just drop by like in the early afternoon ready for an audition, or even just in street clothes to personally ask about auditions?
it depends on the club. every place i went told me to come back at 8 or 9 to talk to the person in charge of hiring girls. also, bring everything you need. an outfit, shoes, makeup, etc. it's best to do your makeup before hand, though you need to wear some semi flattering street clothes to the club, keep your stripper clothes in the bag, they'll let you change if they give you an audition.

2.) i noticed alot of people talking about clubs taking a cut out of the price of a lapdance. but how does this work, how does the club know how many dances you've done? is it like the honor system or something?
there is someone floating around watching like a hawk, recording how many dances the girls do.

3.) Also do you accept money before or after a lapdance? and if after what do you do in the case of too much touching/disrespectful customer or something else inappropriate where it becomes necessary to stop the dance? how do you know the customer has enough money for all the dances you are giving him?
it depends on the customer. my regulars i always let pay me afterwards, because i, for the most part, trust them. others i make pay me upfront, though if i finish one dance, and they ask for another, i'm not going to make them fish out their wallet for one more. if it gets to be more than three dances or so, i nuzzle their ears and say "oh, bby you're getting me all excited, i know you want one more, but i'm going to have to go change my panties if we don't take a break. how about i keep your lap warm for this next song and we'll play again during the next one?" then, halfway through, i mention "buisness before pleasure", and get them to pay me.

i have had guys get dances before, and they werent able to pay me, and their atm cards didn't work. i told the bouncer, and they kept the guy in the club till his friends came back from an outside ATM with the money. that was a nice club, though most places will just tell you you should have gotten the money upfront, and kick the guy out.

4.) i like the idea of having a fake 'real' name and story so you are covered no matter what and for safety purposes but what do you do if you work in a club where people who know you/ know about you come in?
are you talking about working close to home? i would think twice about working in a club that all my friends went to. it can hurt your relationships with people, can hurt your reputation (even though you are a "clean" girl). try to find a club farther away from where you live so that you can avoid potentially embarrassing situations.

as for having a "real" fake name, if people who know you come in, they will know who you are, and know your name is fake, but they will expect you to have a stripper name if you are working in a strip club. yaknow? it's not like they're going to tell everyone in the joint what your real name is, where you live, etc. (at least i'd hope they don't!! )
in the event that a family member comes in, or your day job boss or whatever, let management know, most of the time they are understanding and will let you go ahead and tip out and go home early so you can avoid the situation altogether.

5.) How do you make money off of drinks? do you get a percentage or something?
i've never worked in a club where we sold drinks, so i can't answer this question, but i'm assuming you get a percentage.

6.) do a lot of girls use makeup on their bodies? doesn't that come off on cusotmers clothes? i dont think i really need to and i feel like it would be a hassle so i wanted to get some opinions
some girls do, most dont. stretchmarks and skin discolorations look just fine under the lights of the club. i have some weird discolorations and lots of freckles on my back that you can't even see when i'm working. lots of girls use glitter, though many clubs i have worked in do not allow that to be worn, and lots of guys don't want to buy dances if you're covered in glitter. it comes off on their clothes and when they go home to their wives, the wives get pissed.

i hope you get the job!! good luck!!

Well surprise did a good job of answering most so I won't repeat but as far as sellling drinks goes, I've worked at a club that gives you tokens which you convert to cash at the end of the night (very annoying to customers) and others where the waitress/ batrender asks your name and they keep a tally at the bar (much better because I can give the excuse that they're making sure I'm really old enough)
