I just got my two outfits...three weeks after purchasing. Here is my review.

    5/10
I gave it a 5 because there were as much cons as pros. It took three weeks for my purchase to come in. I guess Im just impatient, but I ordered this a few weeks before I started dancing so I can have two outfits ready to be worn the day I start...But that didnt happen so I had to drive 1.5 hours to a dancer store to purchase more outfits. Another reason is I got the Lacy Bikini
(http://www.dreamstonecloseouts.com/i...=223&cat_id=22) and I assumed it was the black and pink color as pictured...But it wasnt. White and baby pink and the skirt certainly did not stretch to my waist so I had to rip it a little bit to fit...
And im feeling too lazy to return it and the other item Miss Priss Lace Bikini actually looked like the photo and feels good, I will keep it and see how it works as I dance.

    Duh Re: Dreamstone Closeouts?

OMG!! I read this thread and should have learned my lesson about dreamstone. But I was seduced by the prices and the style.

    Here's my experience:

I ordered a bikini outfit, for a photo shoot. I ordered in July, the shoot is next Saturday. I wait almost 2 weeks and then decide to contact the company. They get back to me and said they were 'gone' and had someone else over seeing the company. Well, that person had no idea that my item was OUT OF STOCK!! It was not stated on the site

So, they said they would check and get back to me the next day. They DIDN'T. So, I contact them and asked what happened. They said it was out of stock and they would be happy to refund me. I told them that they had been getting bad reviews on this site, but that I decided to try them anyway. I also said, I should have listened and not taken the risk of buying.

The apparently refunded me on last Wed. I checked my bank account today. NOTHING!! So, I check my paypal account and that refund is PENDING!

So, I find out what that means exactly. it means they didn't have enough in their paypal account to refund me right away. (A whopping $13.98) WTF???

I learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN

I was about to say, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Sounds like that company is run by someone who isn't on top of things.

We can all see Guenevere is an established member of the community so it's safe to assume her store is a good place to shop if you're looking for custom-made stuff. I am pretty new here and so is my store, but I have already received orders from a couple of community members and I'm sure they could tell you my prices are great and I ship promptly. I am online daily to process orders and answer questions. There is a thread in the Services section with one review of my store already.

There are so many stripper gear stores out there now, it's hard to know which ones are worth buying from. From my own shopping experience, overly cheap pricing is a pretty good indicator it's not really worth it.

Another thing to watch out for is shill sites. Some websites are basically just fronts for other websites, where all the product images click through from one website to another for purchase. They do this as an underhanded way to increase their popularity on search engines, and it is actually against search engine policy (those sites could get blacklisted if caught). I would not trust my money and billing info with any site that uses such shady tactics to gain exposure. Who knows what else they're capable of?

I hope those of you who ordered from this company get your stuff soon.
