Question Cheap Ways to Cover Stretch Marks?

I just ran out of Dermablend and wont be able to afford it for a minute. Are there any cheaper ways to cover stretch marks? Self-tanning lotion or spray almost seems to make them more noticable, but maybe it's just the brand I'm using, I'm not sure. If there are any cheaper tricks of the trade let me know! Thanks!

^^ Would that rub off though? I'd have to put it all over the sides of my hips and midsection.

just spray some hairspray on it after it dries, that will hold it in place

the brand of self-tanning i use is loreal sublime bronze and its always done a good job of hiding the sight of my stretch marks. to be fair my stretch marks are the thin silvery kind, i dont know if it would work well on the thicker or pinkish red ones, if you happen to have that kind.

I know most people hate this, but - tanning works to cover stretch marks. Either the old fashioned way ( sweating in the sun ) or in the tanning bed.

Ive read alot that tanning make them look worse if you have the white ones, because your skin around the marks get dark but the marks stay white.

I have both white ones and ones that are still pinkish. Sucks. I didn't take care of myself at all with my first pregnancy and have to suffer the consequences for the rest of my life. I mean, I'm sure I would have still gotten some stretch marks, but I probably could have prevented some of them.

For me, most self tanner seems to exagerate them. Especially the pink ones. But for some reason the gradual tanning lotion stuff doesn't seem to do it.

Retin-A will usually clear the pink ones(newer stetch marks) right up! In my experience tanning beds only made my marks more noticeable.

This might be a stupid question, but is there any hairspray in particular that would be better to use on the body for this purpose? I never use hairspray so I'm just paranoid that I'll get something that will end up making my skin super sticky or something gross like that lol. Thanks!
