My old psychiatrist from 5-6 years ago comes semi-regularly to one of the clubs where I work.

I'm relatively sure he doesn't recognize me -- I've lost a lot of weight and my hair is completely different. But I find it amusing to talk to him and wonder. He either has no idea or is a very good actor.

He might be sitting there thinking the same things. LOL.

Too many times in my life my classmates have crept up behind me and gone "I knew it!"
Well at that point it's too late. I worm money out of them for being creepy dickheads who call themselves my friends
However, I've always tried to keep it from getting back to my home town.. Until the other day, in a completely different country, I was talking to the manager of a strip club outside the front door trying to get a job when a girl from the year below me at school shouted my name. Unbelievable!

I hate it when stuff like that happens, lol.

Not strip club related, but I had a guy I met ONCE and talked to for maybe 20 minutes at a party recognize me more than 2 years later and over 900 miles away in a dark night club. 3 years later - 900 miles back toward the original party location but in a different city, SAME GUY calls out to me from the line at another night club as I walk by to the VIP entrance. I didn't recognize him either time. Fucking creepy.

I once ran into an old male client from back when I was a social worker....awkward!

Another ended up dancing at the same club with me. That was pretty funny.
It's not about what you do for a living, it's about who you want to be.
