I do eat OK. I mean eat fruits like its water, and have confiscated bread (it's my weakness.)...only I cannot no matter what anyone says drop my meat. NO WAY!
Anyways, i don’t think my diet is supper helthy, or unhealthy. I’m happy with it. but my thighs are SO stubborn. Going to be trying running/power walking since there no time or money for gym these days. I already do pole work, and occasionally yoga. I got a petite upper body, and a flat belly. But my thighs and hips, and butt can stand to be a tiny bit smaller. It is a god given gift, and i know i should love it and i do. I just want this bit on thigh to vanish-like magic.
