Disclaimer...this is not for those who are healthy healthy people.
I have been trying to drop about about 10 lbs for the last 3 months. Tried eating healthy (1500 cal/day) and working out with a personal trainer 3x/week plus cardio 1 hour to 80 min 5 days/week, alternating machines and running outside, and intervals and steady cardio (Heart rate bout 150-180 bpm). Dropped calories to 1000/day for 10 days, still no weight lost. Tried doing the 1000, 1200, 1400 alternating cycle. Still no weight lost. Stuck at 150lbs, 24-ish % body fat (113 lbs Lean body mass, all the rest FAT). Already had thryoid checked TSH, T-4, T-3, and all is normal. Not anemic or anything.
I want to lose weight really fast. I am looking at 5 lbs/week. I need to eat at least once/day otherwise I get super bitchy and don't want to be like that. So, short of Plastic Surgery, starving myself or puking everything up (been there, don't care to revisit) how can I lose weight like that?
Again, not looking at being super healthy or being preached at. Actually, normally I am the one being preachy. So, moving on from that...Any suggestions?
