Does ANYONE know any exercises to get your body well conditioned for dancing. Im going to start dancing soon but i have to get my body conditioned & build my stamina. So any tips please share?
AND FOR A STAGE NAME???? What do you think about
Kouture or Hollywood?

j/k. I switch it up, but always work hard, and do a MINIMUM of 45 min 6 days a week.
