    Default Former regs.

Ladies, Lets say u have a reg. custie who spends a lot of money on u and wants to date OTC--eventually he realizes that u dont really like him...the next time that u see him in the club do u avoid and ignore him or do u still try to hustle him for $$?

There's nothing wrong with attempting to get dances still, but there's a fine line between hustling for dances and wasting one's time in a situation like this.

Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

Sorry to say and agree with Kylea2 if the money stops I'm as polite as I can be but won't pursue a customer who is not spending. I also make it very clear that we wont be meeting OTC and if it gets too uncomfortable then I don't talk to them anymore. Sadly.

Every guy I've ever had to make that distinction with I no longer talk to beyond simple greetings. I'd never chance asking for a dance, somehow I think I'd come off really badly.

I think it's partly the dancer's job to be professional and not make the ex-regular seem awkward about it all. Acknowledge the ex-reg, ask him if he's having a good time, etc. Hustling would still be appropriate as long as it doesn't turn into a bargaining push-and-pull (in which the past is brought up).

As entertainers, part of our job is to leave the drama at the door. We are there to entertain...not to make customers feel bad for not spending all of their money on us. Just my POV though.

Well, we missed you, so it's a good thing. Not that you've been gone, just quieter than normal.

My situation with this is a little different I guess...
I still have a few former semi regulars that come to my place. The reason I say semi is because except for 2 people I have never had any true blue regulars (where they had my phone #, or I had theirs, we actually made dates to meet at the club) Most of the time I will get a guy that every time he comes in, he's enthralled with me until he figures out I am not going to hang outside the club for sex or do favors in the VIP.

They just start ignoring me and I see them come in for some other girl. I wouldn't dream of asking them for any dances, not matter how slow it is or how desperate for money I am. They have found someone else to meet their special needs and I am no longer up to par.

This has actually been an issue I've been dealing with lately. For the first 18 months or so of my dancing career I had an awesome regular. Now, he hasn't bought dances from anyone in a looooong time, but still expects girls to come over and "visit" with him. And he tries to get handsy, so I have to be on the defensive about that. I think I'm going to have to limit my interaction to a quick "hi!" in passing.

Wow very interesting thread, as I am new to stripping. Been doing it for only 5 weeks, and I have a few regulars who I have a feeling will be ex-regulars because they already are pushing to date and meet outside, and other retarded crap.
