This thread is probably better suited to the "Private Party Dancing" forum, but since it's here, I'll go ahead and chime in.
I've worked with a private party agency. Technically, I'm registered with 3, but only 1 of those has gotten me work.
The pay varies based on what we're doing (i.e., how risque our show is), how well the owner negotiated our rate with the clients, and how well the party attendees are tipping.
For me, it ranges anywhere from $100 to $200 an hour. I'd say I average around $150/hour. And keep in mind that these are girl-girl, X-rated shows.
Oh,and most agencies provide security, but the one I work for doesn't. It's stupid of me to work under those conditions, I know.

oh thanks I didnt know there was a section for it.. thanks Ill look there

I started working through an agency but didn't like how they ripped me off. One agency didn't pay me at all and I had to tip out for both the "security" (who did nothing when they grabbed me) along with percentage of my tips. I ended up making $80 for two shows. I said forget this and started my own agency. I then hired the bouncers, dancers and anyone else. I'm going back to private dancing and no way would I ever work with an agency again.
Agencies are all different, where some require you to get security and some provide. I'd never go to a party without security. One time I took the chance and hired a friend, and had problems with the guys. When I hired security I paid them a set wage from the fee (depending on how many dancers, hours, etc) and I tipped them at the end of the night. As for fees, it depends, but I normally bill starting around $200 hour and up (this varies for area. I'm in the Chicago area where everything is more money).
