Default want to return, but have an injury

So, I'm right handed. Last year, I broke my wrist and had to put a pin in. After that, about 4 or 5 months, I was a shot girl, and they wanted me to get on stage, so I did one set (two songs). After that, my wrist hurt like a mofo...because I used it like I know how to.

So I'm obviously going to have to come up with a routine that doesn't involve the wrist so much...which means supporting myself on one hand.

And other moves that doesn't involve the wrist so much, or any tips that might help?

I don't have a wrist injury, but my wrist hurts like hell when I use the strong arm pose or doing the cradle spin. So, never do those. You should practice using your strong wrist and try to only use your other wrist lightly for balance or something. The layback pole spins don't use the wrists much so you might want to stick with those. If you don't climb the pole and just do spins you can use your strong wrist and the forearm of your other. It can be done you just have to figure it out with practice.
