    It really depends.

house fee is 20$, +20$ for each half hour late. Then a min of 10$ to the house mom and 15 to the DJ, but i typically tip 20 to each, which makes my lowest tip out 60$. We arent required to tip out the bouncers, but i typically throw them at least 10, so really 70$.

Our VIP rooms take roughly 25% of what we make.

Then funny money fees are like 15%.

So yea... on Sunday night I made around 850 and walked out with 550. Most of my money was made through the VIP rooms and was paid for in funny money.

But then there are some nights that are great. There was one night where I made a little over 1100, and it was all cash and on the floor (instead of VIP rooms) so i tipped out around 100 and walked out with a little over a grand. I feel much better about these nights than about the nights wehre i go home with 300 less than i actually made .
The best thing i have heard in a strip club to date:
customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.

$30 house, 10% to the DJ, $10 to security (optional, but highly encouraged).
    Thats it.

House fees are between free and $40 depending on the day and what time you come in. I like to get there early so the HF is about $20.

    I usually tip out:

    - Manager $20
    - DJ $20
    - House mom (I RARELY use her stuff) $5-10.

    So usually about $70.

If I have a HORRIBLE night I'll tip the manager and DJ $10 each and make it up the next time I work.

When the waitresses help me out I'll tip anywhere from $5 to $50. $5 to the guy who walks me to my car. If I sell a VIP I make sure the VIP host is taken care of. I also make sure the custy takes care of the waitstaff.

    At our club;
Rent is between $45-$55 depending on the night & for each hour you're there before 9p the club detucts $10 (show between 4p-5p any night=free, 5p-6p on a Thurs night = $10, 7p-8p on a Fri night=$35, and so on).
10% to the DJ (sounds like a club standard)
$6 (recommended, but you can tip as much or as little as you see fit) to security.

    That's it!

I think it's unfair to charge house rent AND take a cut of your private dances. It should be one or the other, not both.
Tipping the managment? I never understood that.

$30 to house for rent, then 10% to dj, 10% to bouncers. Plus, we have a 5 for 120 room - 20 of which goes straight to house. Also, 10% of all funny money goes to the house.

It makes me mad, because there's at least one bouncer that doesnt' do a damn thing. They're supposed to walk us out to our cars, and carry our bag from the entry to the dressing room - at least one guy doesn't lift a finger, though, and if they don't see us? TFB.

I've worked in one club that charged $140 for tipout a night. Was that pricy? Yes. But I really prefer a flat rate in a night rather than hitting me with tons of random fees.

At my club we pay a flat $40 house fee, which breaks down to $20 for the house, $10 for the housedad, $10 for the DJ. Additional tipping for the housedad and DJ is encouraged but not mandatory. I usually tip $5-$10 to each of them on top of my fees. I also tip a a few dollars to the bouncer who walks me out.

Dances are $20 a song on Monday-Friday, with the club taking $5 from each dance. On Saturdays they are $30 and the club keeps $10. I try to always tip a dollar or two for the staff in the couch dance room (we have one big room with all the couches in it)

As far as I know VIP at my club is all tip money and I believe you get to keep it. My club has private parties that hang out in the VIP room(mostly bachelor parties)and girls are called in on a rotation-I don't get to go back there yet because I'm new.

Our CR's (They're called Sweetheart Rooms) are $150 for the half hour with the club taking $50 and $250 for the hour with club taking $100. We also sell two-girl shows which are $150 for 15 minutes. The club takes $50 and the girls split the remaining $100, so you only keep $50 from it.

25 bucks in house fee (if I am late, add an extra 5 bucks)- night time rate, ($13 house fee and add $5 if I am late - during the day), 10 bucks to the DJ, 10 bucks to the host, 5 bucks to management, and $10 to house mom (who is a bitch) and 5 bucks off each lapdance (dances are $25 each).

On weeknights, house fee is $25; on weekends it's $30. And for every single or 2-4-1 dance we sell, the club keeps $15 and we get $10. For every triple dance we sell, the club keeps $35 and we get $25. And bachelor parties are $125 for two girls, and each girl gets $20.

The girls only get $20 for a bachelor party?! That sucks!

Same here, I've never tipped management, that seems sooo weird. House fee is $30 on the weeknights, $50 on Fri and Sat, and $20 on Sun. For every non alcoholic drink we sell, they will knock $5 off the housefee. So If I get 10 drinks on Fri and Sat, then I pay no housefee. If I get 5 drinks on Fri I pay $25. I rarely get many drinks though because I don't sit long with custies and I won't ask them to buy me one. They also take $7 out of our first 8 dances (they are $20 each), then we cap out and do not pay anymore, unless it is a 2 for $30 merchandise dance, then they always take $10. You are suppossed to give the DJ 10% (I do not) tipping the bouncers, waitstaff is optional.

Minimum is twenty house for when I work, ten to DJ, five for walkout. So thirty-five. What I actually do is twenty house, twenty DJ, five to ten for walkout, so fourty-five to fifty. After that I keep everything.

On weekends, about 1/6th (17%) of what I make goes back to the club, in the form of house fee and a minimum $20 DJ tip out. On weeknights, the house fee is just over half what it is on weekends, and the DJ tip is the same, but I tend to average less money on weeknights, so the actual amount that goes back is just a little bit higher, closer to 1/4th of what I make. It's nice and simple, with flat house fees based on the nights of the week.

Oh, and I keep $140 of each half-hour, $200, VIP. No host or bartender for it that I have to tip. NO funny money, no credit cards. Cash only. I can take the guy's money, hand $60 of it to the manager, and let him know I'll be in VIP, or I can have the guy hand the money to the manager, who will hold my $140 until I'm done.

The club I work at in AZ has some weird complicated system. They take %55 percent of the dance price (they also negotiate a tip, though, so I end up getting within $3 of what I would get if I got to keep it all), and then I tip the manager %6 of my total dances sold, the bouncer %3, the host (the person who upsells my dances and negotiates my tips) %10 of everything that isn't stage money, and the DJ gets %10 of everything I make on stage. I don't even know enough math to properly add up all these percents, honestly, and in any case, I tend to tip more than the minimum to the DJ, the host, and the bouncers.

I think tipping the manager is retarded and encourages favoritism in the exact wrong places and people and for the exact wrong reasons. But it seems to be a common thing in AZ.

Kind of low. 30 to house and $10 or 10% (whichever is greater) to the DJ. On fourth (or fifth or sixth) its only 10 to house plus DJ

I work at a liquor club so only about 20 percent goes to the staff at the end of the night. I know its easier to get dances in nude clubs, but the whole 50 percent cut thing just bugs me so freaking much I can't do it anymore.
