So here's the deal: I've been working nights as a waitress for about 2 months now.
Monday thru Wednesday I get home and in bed around 7 am. I sleep until 11-11:30 am. Then I am awake with my son until 2 pm, when we both take a nap until 4 pm (If I'm lucky).
Most of the time I eat breakfast when I wake up at 11, and then lunch again at 4 when DS gets up. I don't usually eat again until 10 - 11pm when I'm already at work (which consists of a Vitamin water, 5 hour energy, something chicken and animal crackers.)
I get plenty of exercise running around the club serving drinks, being on my feet for 8 hours (and 12 on Fridays). I've already lost 5 lbs, all in my tummy and hips from wearing the corset.
I'm just thinking, how should I change my diet, what should I be eating and when?DH says I should I get all my calories during the day and no carbs after 9.
But I shouldn't be eating before I go to bed? I'm confused!
