    Duh Liquid Latex..used for ?

Is liquid latex used to spread & cover the nips instead of using pasties??

OR is it just the glue to fasten on the pastie?

I'm so dam confused now. I bought liquid latex tonite, cuz I was thinking i could use it instead of pasties. Years ago I covered my nips with something that hardened overtop, so then that way I didn't have to f around with pasties.

Did I buy the wrong stuff? uuuggghhhh

    Thx
    XoXo

It could be use for that but the peel off is murder. I know where you can get some body wash to make it go smoother.

Yes, use it instead of pasties, not as the glue. I always thought liquid latex was too expensive and took forever to dry. Instead I would buy the fabric paint at craft stores. Guess what that stuff is? Liquid latex! It's like $2 and comes in a lot of awesome colors.

Yup, when I worked at clubs that required nippy coverage, we always used the fabric paints from craft stores- I got mine at walmart.

Ok, so I used the liquid latex today on nips, & when it dried it seemed like you could see right thru it. You could just see shiny area where it was...& as it was drying it was globbing up.

Something doesn't seem right.....is that how it looks?

What should I be applying it with? Cuz mine came with what looks like a nail polish brush, which took me forever to cover nips & make it look halfway even. What do you guys use to put these paints on?

    Thanks
    XoXo

Liquid Latex goes on clear (if I remember, I don't have to wear it now) and I used to apply it with that awful nail-polish brush it comes with. I would also put some bronzey eyeshadow on it before it dried...so it showed up more even on my nipples. LOL.

Just make sure you don't overload the brush with product. You can also use another makeup brush/paintbrush, whatever kind you want. Just make sure it isn't one you adore as it will get sticky with the latex. Also apply it as quick as possible ~ the more time you spend on it the worse it looks.

I hated that stuff - it usually started peeling off by midnight or it refused to come off at all. HTH!

Liquid latex never works for me. I've tried covering up things like scars with it - and it just always seemed to be a problem. I have used fabric paint and it works MUCH better plus you can mix the colors and glitter so you can have whatever look you want.

Liquid Latex is used as pastie glue and it can also be used as a pastie.
It is cheaper to buy fabric glue than liquid latex.
Liquid Latex comes in colors. What we used to do is apply two coats of latex and then sprinkle light glitter over it while wet. We'd hit it with the hair dryer and go go go.

You can go to the dollar store and get a pack of childrens paint brushes for a dollar and use those it would be much quicker, but you'll have use a new brush everyday. I knew a girl who could do it with a popcicle stick, but I tried that and got it everywhere. Also you have to by a tub of latex to do this with.

In about a week or so, I'll be posting a video on youtube about how to make your own pasties.
You can make about 40 pair (based on how large your nipples are) for about 10 dollars (also based on how much craft stuff you already have at your house cause you need a glue gun)

I used to use liquid latex, but I've learned to use face paints instead of that or fabric paint. I'm a little afraid of latex on my nips; chemicals can seep through your nips. I feel like the face paint is a little better, and it stays on at least as well as the latex / fabric paint. Face paint is also cheap and available in a variety of pretty colors. You can get it at wal-mart.

Thankfully I don't have to use the stuff all the time, only when booked in certain clubs.

Have you tried the silicone reusable coverups. They are easy to put on and look more natural compared to pasties.

I used that brand for one club although you can probably find them cheaper if you really searched the internet.

^^^ Wal-mart sold those for awhile. Most of the department stores sell something similar and Victoria Secrets may sell something like that as well.
