    Default Legal ?'s

    I am just curious
I read on a post lately that if you give your clients your phone number that this would be considered solicitation. I know laws vary by state but is this true?

    Also, about advertising yourself...
Is it legal to promote dinner dates, etc if your club has a restraunt?

Is it legal to promote fetishes inside stripclubs aka, foot rubs, etc. Domination style lapdances, moneyslavery, brushing hair, pampering Me etc. Again just curious. I am considering starting a persona that caters to fetishes inside stripclubs. TY

I know in my old club giving out phone numbers or personal info is considered prostitution.

No bloodletting or pulling out hair.

Otherwise, fetishes such as pampering, hairbrushing, backrubs/footrubs are all ok. So are dom. dances.

handing out a phone number is considered prostitution here in SC too.

and dinner dates i guess are okay, as long as you're working?

Cyberstripper some girls already do this (wink-wink) and it depends on your state or city. Ask the owner of your club what the laws are. If they tell you that you can't do legal fetish games, find another club to work at.

It may not be in the bounds of good taste even to some club managers or owners but if it's legal you should be able to perform no questions asked.

Yeah that's actually illegal here tooo (in Pompano anyway) but no one enforces this or really any type of prostitution in Pompano with the exception of the occasional raid.

By itself, a girl giving a guy her phone number is 100% legal. The bust risk comes in based on the 'intent' of the girl. Where 'strippers' and 'customers' are concerned, local cops, judges and juries can easily buy into the 'stripper' stereotype, leaving the dancer in a position of having to 'prove a negative' (i.e. that she was NOT attempting to solicit sex for money outside the club) in order to prove her innocence.
