I worked my first shift on Friday and at the end of the night I was in horrible pain from wearing my Pleasers all night long. I bought shoe inserts but those didn't seem to help much in the long term. Is there any way around this? I would have been way more motivated to keep working the floor toward the end but I was so close to tears from those shoes!!! How do you girls do it?

I'm not sure of the name of the shoe but they're a basic pair of plastic heeled dance shoes with the ankile straps and pleather tops. I think the platform is 3 inches and the heel is maybe 5 or 6. We are also not allowed to take our shoes off during dances otherwise I'd force myself to get over the germiness just so i could rest my feet for a bit...I wish we could though because I'm still new and awkward in the shoes during dances because I'm trying to turn to face away from the customer and then back toward him in such a small space and I get wobbly!

Give it time, and when you are not working baby your feet a bit.
