I hate greedy ass co-workers that want something for nothing. So Friday night a dancer friend of mine gets lucky with a high roller and makes about 2,100 dollars(before tipout) off of him. She ends up paying out $550 to the club, tips $100 to the DJ, $20 to bartender, $20 each to 2 bouncers, and zero to the waitress who she says, was being a real bitch and not bringing her fake shots like she wanted. Now the next night EVERYONE is bitching about how they "only got x amount." These people had NOTHING to do with her making the money. The waitress and bartender were each tipped $50 by the high roller, but the bartender was like, "Well it sucks that I had to fill out all that funny money and you ONLY tipped me $20." I'm thinking bitch it is your job to fill out funny money, you just made $70 off her and her custy alone. Then the bouncers are like, "You made all that money and only gave me $20." Everyone was bitching about how "little" they got off this girl when they did nothing. It really pissed me off, and makes me wonder what they say about me when I make a bit of money. Maybe I am just a cheap bitch, but I can't stand this crap.
Unless you recommended the guy to me, or recommended me for the guy, then why would I give my hard earned money to you??? My friend was pissed about how everyone was treating her and confronted some of the greedy pigs. One of the bouncers was bitching at me about it and then got all pissy when I said I agreed with my friend and thought that her tip was fair. I cannot stand the way some of the employees act so entitled. I don't care how much I make, I would not be handing out large, outrageous tips to those who had jack shit to do with me earning the money. UGGHHHH. Just wondering how much do you guys think is too much/too little?

, I've started putting the "shots" in a rocks glass, and putting a lemon wedge that's been soaked in cheap rail vodka on the side of the glass.
