As you can see by my join date, I've been on this board for quite awhile. I've spoken to some of you, but now i'm "one" of you all. a stripper. woot woot!
Ok, so My first shift was really good money wise. I left with over $200 [not bad for a first timer] BUT like $180 of that was from ONE guy...so I had a feeling that me making that much was a fluke. I only sold one dance. It was to that guy, and he overpaid, and tipped me well. Had it not been for him, I would have done horribly.
So, yesterday was my second shift. I got a real taste of reality. I work dayshift [it blows] so a lot of people arent coming in. The people that do come in are like on a lunch break, on their way to work or school, ect. So they aren't trying to spend any money. But I'm getting out there, and I'm asking guys, and I sold more dances my during my second shift than I did on my first [even tho I only sold 2/3, I still look at it as an improvement] But, I left with like $45 which I was mildly disappointed with.
Im hoping that as I learn how to do some tricks on the pole, get a pair of real stripper shoes, and my hair done, I'll be able to boost my confidence and go in that club feeling like I'm the shit instead of a noob. I won't even need to do this for much longer...I just want to make the most of it while I'm in the position I'm in.
tips, tricks, advice is all welcome. Glad I got a chance to share, finally!!
