    Anybody ever try this? What kind of results did you get?

    the class has only 5 people using machines that assist with pilates moves

    I did this a few years ago, it was amazing for flexibility and toning. I dont really like gym classes but this was really good.

    I've done these. They are incredible. They say that after 10 sessions, you have a new body, and it's true. I loved reformer classes--I just couldn't afford them any more. They made me strong and flexible and toned like nothing else. And the reformer is FUN.

    It's probably what you would call a dancer body, similar to what you get from pole dancing. Elongated muscles. A toned look. Very sculpted and lean.
