Ok, I hate liquid Studio Fix too! And they always rave about it at MAC like its the best, whatever! I haven't tried the Estee Lauder double wear, but it gets good reviews on
www.makeupalley.com (if you haven't been on this website, you should, it will save you lots of money by reading makeup reviews by other people) I wear Lancome Teint Idole which is my new favorite. I have oily skin, so by the end of the night my make up looks like wax melting off my face with my pores ten times bigger! lol. The lancome one I use is AMAZING!!!! I'm really shocked at how light and thin it is, but stays all night and sucks the oil out of my face. It is definitely not for dry skin though. Here's what all I use for makeup:

And yes, Kim Kardashian is kind of my makeup/style role model. I try to mimic her look, but she is definitely not tan! Bexxx, try the Estee Lauder and the Lancome one. Ask for samples and see which one you like better. I like the Lancome one because it seems like the colors are geared more for fair and medium skin tones with yellow undertones, and you will look like a natural porcelain doll, not dewy. I know that "reddish beige mask" look you're talking about! Also, invest and buy the Laura Mercier loose translucent finishing powder, because no matter what bronzer you choose, putting this over everything when you're done will make a huge difference in making it look natural. I use my foundation brush to apply this powder at the very end.
Since you don't like glitter, I would stay away from most of the MAC bronzers, the ones I've seen are loaded with shimmer, glow, and glitter. If I was you, I would find the nearest Guerlain counter and try some of theirs, like Terracotta, but they have SO many! Guerlain is kind of the expert of bronzers, thats what they are known for. It is a Mediterranean based brand, so everything is kind of geared towards those skin tones, if that makes sense. Also, take the time to check out Nars Laguna AND Casino (two different shades) they seemed semi matte. Also check out Cargo for sure, and Benefit Hoola AND Bahama mama (two different shades). These are the mandatory ones you need to try before making a decision.
I have traveled internationally so I know where I went Guerlain and other huge brand names were available, especially easy to find them all at those duty free shops at airports. Buy a flat compact disc of bronzer and apply with a fluffy brush on your face and body, thats what I would do. Also, go check out the Cover Girl golden sunrise one, I think you may like it for around your shoulder, it has a little bit shimmer in it. I buy a couple of these and empty them out into a big container, and apply to my chest and decollate with a big fluffy pouf after I put on lotion so it sticks better.
