Default Good ways to boost your immune system?

So after recovering from being sick off and on for two months I found myself wondering how to keep this from happening again. I have no doubt that the petri dish that is most strip clubs didn't help my health any but short of spraying the entire stage, the other girls, and the customers down with lysol all night long and carrying around an industrial sized bottle of hand sanitizer I don't thinks there's too much else that I can be doing there to improve the situation. Especially since our restroom is a nightmare. I'm happy when they even remember to put toilet paper there and I avoid using it whenever possible because I don't like having coke and crushed painkillers on my ass. I don't even like to hover pee on that thing. I use hand sanitizer every time I go back and every time I put on makeup or touch it up but for obvious reasons I avoid spending too much time in the dressing room.

So here's my question: I know I could use google to research assorted supplements and methods to boost my immune system but I want to know what has actually worked for YOU guys for keeping strip club cooties from getting you down.

Yearly flu shots and daily cocktail of a multi-vitamin, b-complex, folic acid, and omega 3....I can't even remember the last time I was sick.

eating enough has kept me from being sick-when I am in the throes of my ED, I tend to be sicker than when I am eating more normal.

Echnicea, b-complex vitamins, omega-3 and -6, vitamins c and a all help me too.

exercise + positive thinking = strong immune system

sounds dumb at first, I know, but ever since I decided to stop being afraid of getting sick/germy/infections it really hasn't happened to me. I got a flu that my boyfriend and everyone we know got but seriously...besides that. I just don't really pick up germs from the club because I don't expect to. Stress has a profound effect on the immune system and I felt that I would be increasing my stress if I used antibacterial products.

SO, I wash my hands after I touch the pole then I use a baby wipe after I get a dance. Everytime and without making a big show. If the pole feels greasy or if a customer seems extra germy, I don't ALLOW myself the stress and I just do my little routines but maybe a tiny bit extra.

I also drink Emergen-C so I guess add that to the above equation too

    Here is my daily routine:

    - Eating foods rich in antioxidants (like vitamins A, C, E and lycopene), omega-3 fatty acids, B-vitamins, folate, zinc and selenium.

    - Herbs like echinacea, goldenseal, garlic, olive leaf extract, elderberry and astragalus. Cayenne pepper will assist in the body's utilization of other herbs.

    - Wheatgrass juice (2 oz every morning on an empty stomach)

(scroll down to the "The Importance Of Nutrition" part to learn about the benefits)

    - Chlorella + Spirulina (it looks ugly, but it's good for you!)

    - Royal Jelly

    - Flax Seed Oil (i drizzle it on toast or add it to salad dressings)

    - Noni Juice (an acquired taste)

    Good Luck
