I've been a 'love you long time' fan of this site for many years, even though I've retired my g-string. I finally mustered the strength and the courage to get involved and hopefully share some of my experience to help other women in this vocation.
I worked at a well-known stripclub in Melbourne for six years. The reason I started stripping (at 18 years old) was to pay for a professional dance course. Dance is the air that I breathe and my reason for living. On my stripping journey, I fell off the tracks and became a bulimic and an alcoholic, but stripping gave me the financial support I needed to live my life. For me if I couldn't dance, I would rather die. I moved out of home and stayed at the clubs longer than I intended, to earn money for a sportscar and finally to pay for a deposit on a house.
My dance experience now spans over 20 years and I provide tuition and artistic direction for strippers and burlesque artists. I also have a passion for writing and hope to publish a book on stripping and an autobiography. I've already created over 100 cheeky little illustrations to go with my books and hope that I can offer my unique expertise as a professional dancer to strippers or any goddess wanting to get her gear off.
