I graduated this past May with a degree in Science. I was a PreMed student on track to take my MCATs this summer & transcripts good enough to be accepted to medical schools....AND THEN........
Suddenly, I changed all that last semester by switching to Fashion Merchandising/Design degree which I am pursuing at a pretty decent Fashion School. I am in the Honors College at my school & was looked at kinda funny when I met with the advisor & she found out I was a Fashion degree student...I realized people don't take it too seriously.
So far, I am hating it tho & doing poorly in the classes....I need to get my shit together.

Right now I'm working towards my Communications BA with an emphasis in Public Relations

My days of school are over. I do however enjoy reading journals and articles, particularly engineering articles; they fascinate me. In my youthful days, I used to take notable interest in mathematics and what they call pure science (not the biology crap). However, once I hit my late thirties, I started to find it difficult to digest engineering related articles. Well, I guess brain just like any other part of your body deteriorates with age.
I have been thinking of doing MBA for past several years but could never get past the procrastination. I think holding a full time job and going to school is too much for me. I am grateful that my parents saved enough money to put me through the college or else I would be swinging a hammer right now.

English

Right now on my own time I'm working on German, piano, and guitar. I'm studying for the GRE and hope to enter grad school (Rollins or UCF) for marriage and family therapy, specifically to work with couples. Sex therapy. No joke. I'd also like to promote sex education like Tristan Taormino and Violet Blue. I admire them both a lot.

Radiology Tech, then getting certified in sonography. One year left! WOOHOO! Gettin preggars threw me off but Im back @ it!!

Spring I start my my full-time classes in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Physics. I got most of my grunt-work out of the way in the last 2 years at the community college.

The best thing i have heard in a strip club to date:
customer: we should get married right now! we should get a shotgun marriage!
me: uhh... i think you are misunderstanding what a shotgun marriage means. A shotgun marriage means you knock me up and my daddy shows up at your door with a gun and forces you to marry me and raise the baby. You mean elope.
customer: hmm... nah actually i will take the shotgun marriage. At least then we would be having sex.

I have a bachelor's in political science and am in the process of getting my law school apps together now; most schools begin accepting applications on October 1st so please please PLEASE pray or think of me!!!! It's a huge dream of mine- and I've dealt with a lot to get to this point- and now I'm so. damn. close!!!
(Breathing now...lol!)

My daughter did two years at community at a total cost of $6,000. Those two years were supposed to be as good as two years at Rutgers; two years at Rutgers cost $44,524 for state residents. Something did not transfer so she had to do three years at Rutgers.
She is legally blond and has a degree in bioengineering.

I have completed all my degrees.
I have a degree in science majoring in psychology and a law degree. I am due to be admitted to practice law next month.
There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.
Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.

Medicine, obviously with a focus on internal medicine and endocrinology. D.O. not M.D.
Associate's in Web Development & Design. Nerdy yes, but it pays well!![]()

I was planning on applying for a ultrasound program in one more semester, Now I'm back to contemplating becoming a PA or vet. Both require so much more time in school, but the money is better, yet I'm so sick of dancing (10 years) I fear if I don't go with the ultrasound, I'll burn out before I even get through the PA or vet school. I know the whole "follow your heart", but I've about lost my sanity dancing *sigh* Decisions...
