So, I should be really exited. Today, for the first time evar, I being professionally photographed doing pole poses and stunts. I've prepped all week. I've worked out in some way, everyday and have been working hard on my flexibility. I've been eating clean all week. The only cheat things I've had all week are: 5 tortilla chips w/ hummus, a handful of M&M's and a glass of red wine. Everything else has been raw, organic or just low cal/high protein. I've cut about 3 lbs in the last 2 weeks. (off of a 110 frame).
I did this because my pill cycle ended last Wed.and I knew my body would change somewhat around that time. Things were cool for a couple of days. And I didn't start to bloat until....yesterdayAnd I woke up with horrible cramps today
I should be used to this: whenever there is an event where I need to look fabulous, something happens to my body or face to, well, make me far less than fabulous.
So, I will go and pop my first water pill as soon as I finish this message.
