I have a nice shape right now and it is perky with no sag, but I want larger boobies for myself (not customers as many of them say not to do it and that fake ones look like grapefruits, etc) .....so it can fill out my clothing a little bit better, and not having to wear a pushup bra to have cleavage. Also it would look great on those low cut dresses or sexy stripper outfits that look good only with implants....Just want to look curvy as I'm already thin as it is. To answer your Q Callista, nah I don't have very big hips but I do have an hourglass body shape. I think a new C cup or large C would be proportional to my round butt too. I am so excited I am getting it done on Tuesday, and can't wait to see how they look feel and what will happen at the club as a result. Will let all of you know soon!

BTW, a lot of guys will say what they say, that real ones are the best, and they like it small. My husband, being one of them, he was like I love your boobs they are perfect, well when I went on the pill for a month my boobs went from a B to a C, and he was even MORE turned on by the bigger boobs even though he said the B's were perfect.! (I got off the pill for other issues so the boobs went back to a B). he still thinks I should wait until I get older and my boobs are saggy and need the work. I am not even telling him I'm getting it done, lets see if he notices.

WHAT! Of course he's going to notice LOL. Um compression bra?? I would be interested in seeing before and after photos as I am feeling the same at the moment and sounds like we have a similar shape.

Ok I just got my implants on Tuesday in Bangkok, Thailand by a famous doctor. They have not yet removed the bandages (will be removed in two hours!) and I'm SOO afraid they aer gonna look hideous or too far apart. That is my worst fear ever, is implants that are too far apart, ánd where the nipple is too high up. I've seen too many of those and it looks scary. I am very stressed out about this, and I wish I didn't get the implants with him because it seems like he just wanted to make a sale, and he only had high projection implants... ((((((((( I'll show before and after pics later

It's totally normal to feel major anxiety after a cosmetic procedure, don't fret! First of all, you don't know how they're going to totally look until at least a month from now. I'm sure they're beautiful!

Well so far my boobs look like two huge large lumps stuck to my chest and they are not very close together either. I know it'll be a while before I know what it would really look like but I'm feeling stressed out and already thinking of revisional surgery... Also the surgery has caused my whole body to swell up, including my arms shoulder and belly. I have never been this fat in my life. I am beginning to miss my old self. I only got a 225 CC too. Did the swelling happen to anyone else?

You're not fat. This is water weight. I put on about 15lbs right after my surgery. I looked pregnant. It was awful. Drink plenty of fluids and it will subside. DO NOT TAKE ANY DIET PILLS OR SUPPLEMENTS. Time and lots of patience are key here. This is a side effect of the anesthesia. It will go away. Are you still on pain killers? If you are it is also possible that this is causing constipation which will also make you feel fat. As soon as you can try switching to tylenol.

It takes a full 6- 12 mos before you will see your final results. Thinking about a revision right now is premature. Feeling stressed out is normal but you need to stay calm and think only about healing right now. Things will get better. It took me a full 4 months before I even started to like mine. There's a lot of healing your body needs to do. Your muscles need time to loosen up, your skin needs time to stretch, they will get soft and squishy over the next weeks and months. Remember this was basically 2 seperate surgeries. Everything you're going through is normal. Gentle

^^^ agreed that this is the body's natural reaction to surgery of any kind. It will subside a lot within a few days and will be 99% gone within a month.

they are not very close together either ... I only got a 225 CC

Hi! Ideally, the implant diameter in breast augmentation should be about 1.0 centimeter less than the width of your breasts, to allow for the thickness of your tissues. This can be exceeded a little bit, if you want to be larger"

... the choice of 225cc implants automatically limits the implant diameter to 10-11 centimeter = 4 inches max range. Given that the vast majority of girls have a chest rib cage width that is significantly wider than 8 inches, this automatically translates into having a wide gap between 225cc breast implants. The only way to narrow this gap is to use a larger implant size ... but this means both a larger diameter ( = narrower gap between breasts) as well as more forward projection ( = larger cup size ).

In any case, it will take at least a month before you have a real idea of what your new breast implants are going to look like, and at least 6 months before they actually achieve their 'final' look / position / size.

Went from 32B to 32C. Mentor contour profile implant, under the muscle through the armpit. Guys think my tits are real 90% of the time as I kept things in proportion. I only did as a business investment.
Hard to say how much more money I'm making as the economy generally went down but as far as talking goes, it's way easier to close sales as guys can't turn you away because your tits are small, whereas pre-op I often got "I'm a tit man blablabla".

Don't freak out babe! I don't have implants and never had any surgery but know that healing in general is largely psychological. Do not pysch yourself out. Try to start thinking of them as part of you and how beautiful they will soon look and feel. Remember the times when you felt self conscious about your small breasts...those times are gone now! Rest up, follow the doctors orders and don't stress. Modern medicine can work miracles! If you are not happy in 6 months... you will have many options to bring better satisfaction. But I think you will be happy.

Oh hon, hang in there. I don't have implants but I've had other surgery and there is always a recovery period where you're not going to feel 100%. You can't judge the way they look so soon after the surgery. Shoot, I remember the first time I saw my C-section incision after surgery. I cried and cried because I felt like I'd been mutilated and my body was ruined. Now I barely have a faint white line there, give it time.

I couldn't raise my arms for about 10 days, was walking around like a hunch back, my mum had to feed me actually couldn't get out of bed myself either without being in agony.
As for major swelling to subside - 3 months at least, final result 6 months at least (the implants have to settle in their pocket).

I'm the same thinking I should have had 270 cc but then again 20 cc make no real difference, I'd still be a C so no point deliberating.

This is what it looks like so far, it still feels hard like a rock and I kind of wish they were closer together. The sides look and feel weird.

I agree with the other girls. Getting implants is such a big change, you definitely have to do it for yourself, not because of your job. Remember that it's such a huge difference and you'll never be able to go back. Even if you decide you don't want them anymore in the future you will never get YOUR boobs back... not in the same shape or size.

I've seen at least 8 different girls get their boobies (i mean, I've seen the "now and then") and they do make a lot more money after they get their implants, that's for sure, but I really don't think it's because they have bigger boobs, it's because bigger boobs make them feel more secure. Why? ... I don't know why, but I'm sure of it because they'll make a lot more money the first 3 to 5 months and then for some reason the all 8 girls have slowly gone back to earn what they were earning before their boobs.

I guess you can think of it this way:

Whey you buy a new hot outfit you feel a little more comfortable and sexy, so you go to work and you feel this confidence that you look hot and chances are you'll have a good night. But you don't feel the same way about the outfit a week later... a week later you are used to it and it's just another outfit.

I think this is what girls go through when they get a boob job...it just lasts longer than the outfit.

I say this because all 8 girls I know were mediocre to decent earners, and as soon as they got their boobs they went to the top of the list, to the point that I would be like "oh crap, she's here...tonight I have to hustle way more"... but eventually they all went back to making the same "mediocre to decent" money.

    anyone else agree?

Oh, I'd like to be a bit bigger, but I'm totally scared of scaring or just having a botched job. I don't know that I'd ever really do it. I do have a referral to a really fabulous doctor though if anyone is interested.

Oh huni they looked beautiful before you got them done too. I am sure the swelling will go down and it may take time to get used to them. Let us know how the healing process is doing. I don't have implants but I'm great for support. ^_^

agreed with Jesse ... your boobs look fantastic for only being one week post-op. You really have to wait at least a month to have any idea of what they will 'finally' look like ... and it will take another 6 months until they start approaching their final size and appearance.

Melonie, my ribcage is 9" and I am kind of wishing I chose the 250 CC instead. Oh well..
letting the unspoken truth out of the bag, if you're like a lot of other dancers, once you get a taste of the increased earnings 225cc implants create for you, you'll be thinking about a redo with 450cc six months from now !!!

Eh not all of us. Mine are as big as I can go without feeling like I look silly. I have 275cc's and Im a D. I love them. I've had the thought creep in about going bigger but I can't really see doing it. Im 100% content.
