    Default coarse hair!

okay so i have very coarse body hair, if i shave my legs they are smooth for a few hours but then they are spikey. If i wax them they never get smooth in the first place! ! ! It leaves them still prickey, is there a product to make them feel smoother or something i can do?

This is the cream I was thinking of, I'm not sure if there is anything similar.

Or, if you're looking for something more drastic, there are plenty of creams that will wip the hair right off of you--you can get those at CVS, there are tons of them. But, they have the result of a really deep shave, because they use chemicals to deteriorate the hair a little underneath the skin. It does last a little longer than shaving would, though, and it's not a blunt edge that grows back.

I've had horrible skin reactions to these creams, fyi. ALWAYS check with a small section of skin first. My face was red and peeling for a week, lol, and I won't even get into the burning pain of the first few hours!!

Shaving leaves the end of the hair blunt, hence the stubble. A few people I know have had success with Aveeno Positively Smooth Moisturizing Lotion. You'd have to re-shave, then use it consistently.

When you wax, the hair is pulled out by the root and the new hair grows out, resulting in a smoother end.

Are you going to an aestitician? Because I've tried waxing at home, but the results aren't the same as when I go to the salon.

    Another suggestion:

    - Sally Hansen Extra Strength Creme Hair Bleach (I've used this to lighten unwanted body hair. It makes it seem softer as well)
