So I need too loose weight and tone up!!!
Ive thought about getting lipo but I dont think I want to do this unless I loose all the weight I want and I still have problem areas!!
Im 5'3 and 160lbs! Most of the weight is in my booty and chest tho, my measurements are 38DD(Maybe More)-32-43!!
Any suggestions on getting in shape and firming up!!
Im going to a nutritionist as soon as I find some money to pay for it!!

Basic things like push ups, bench press, overhead lifts, curls and those things that work the back of the arm, dunno what those are called. Deadlifts are also great. Just do heavy weights and lift till exhaustion. Women don't really have the capability of bulking up without MAJOR workouts and generally suppliments, so don't worry about that. You'll just get sleek, lean sexy muscles.
