Running, stairmaster and elliptical are all great for cardio and don't forget the weights. Lifting will produce results MUCH faster than simple cardio.

Diet is 90% of it though. Clean up your diet, cut soda's and sweets out completely. Whole grain breads and pastas in small portions, lots of veggies and fruits, small amounts of meats and cheeses. Try having a salad with fat free dressing before every lunch and dinner. It's a great way to add fiber to your diet and really cuts your appetite.

    Some meal ideas:
Turkey on Double Fiber bread (Natures Own has 45 cals a slice and 5g fiber) and a cup of soup (Progresso has a bunch of Light ones that are really good)
Morningstar Farms Corndog and some Dill Pickle Spears
Black beans and low fat cheese with peppers/onion/tomato in a wrap with a small salad
Apple and 2 tbsps Peanut butter on low cal whole wheat bread

You can also buy a small rotisserie chicken and have that with some frozen veggies for dinner..Green Giant has some really good mixes.

If you are more of a cook, I have some good recipie ideas, but I tried to list easy stuff here, because it's easier to make changes if there isn't a ton of work involved, imo.

Try those 100 cal packs for a sweet tooth. The chocolate covered pretzels are YUMM!! Bananas and yogurt are also great for sweet cravings, and sometimes I even put Splenda in my morning coffee. Works really well to knock out the cravings!

As for lifting, I'm lazy and use the machines most times. Basic things like push ups, bench press, overhead lifts, curls and those things that work the back of the arm, dunno what those are called. Deadlifts are also great. Just do heavy weights and lift till exhaustion. Women don't really have the capability of bulking up without MAJOR workouts and generally suppliments, so don't worry about that. You'll just get sleek, lean sexy muscles.

Yeah, I take a multivitamin, extra calcium and iron daily. Don't take the iron and calcium together though, calcium inhibits the absorption of iron. Vitamin C helps with absorption as does taking it with a meat source (I'm a veg, so that's out for me though).

try to get your vitamins from fresh foods, not a pill, it's much better for your body to eat all your vitamins. Take two tablespoons of hemp oil and fish oil and flax oil a day! It will make you feel amazing and give you energy for your workouts and life. You can put it in a smoothie until you get used to the taste of eating it strait.

Try to make all your food from scratch and not eat anything premade, as much as possible. eat lots of Quinoa! It's really high in protien and very low in calories so you can eat alot of it and feel full but loose alot of fat. It tastes great with garlic, mushrooms, kale, feta cheese, spinach, carrots. Eat lots of fresh organic fruits and vegetables, try not to cook them too much or add too much seasoning stuff to them. Eat avocados with a little sea salt sprinked on it, yum! Eat salmon 1x per week! Drink hemp milk, yum!

Drink tons of filtered water!!!!! No juice, no soda, nothing but water all day. Drink it room temperature. I like reverse osmosis water, you can get it at the grocery store for 39 cents a gallon from water island machines. I also like to drink perrier to get that craving for carbonated drinks fullfilled.

When you have a craving for sweets try organic dark chocolate. I like Green and Blacks MINT 60% chocolate bar. When/if you have a craving for alcohol drink dark red wine, like merlot.

RUN! It will burn fat the best and fastest imho. Take it slow and work up to running longer distances. I started out doing the stair climber, the one that is like an escalator and you have to actually pick your feet up the steps. It will kill your legs and is a great workout until you can run fast. Do YOGA and/ or PILATES! Tense up and then reliease your muscles and booty shake throughout the day while you are cooking, driving, waiting in line, reading stripper web Doing this all the time will rip you up in no time.
