I've had many groin/hip flexor problems over the years from hockey. The only thing I've found that works is resting it for a couple of weeks. That essentially means no tweaking it in the meantime. So, whatever action/activity hurt it...don't do that for a while. When you are working, you will have to tone it way down, and just move slow and sexy I guess.

I pulled mine too, I take gotu kola (for faster healing) and arnica montana tablets. Also stretching
