Default Getting back on the pole after baby?

I am currently pregnant and due Oct. 30th. I need to get back to the club in a reasonable amount of time (say 2 months?) after my daughter is born in order to help my husband with the bills.

I'm just curious to know from other ladies that have gone back to dancing after having a little one. How long did it take you to get into enough shape to go back?

I found that when I was pregnant.
I had mine 8 weeks ago, it's probably going to take me another 3 mo's to get back in shape. Mabe more because I breast feed and doing heavy arobics is bad for the milk.
Just remember it took 9 mo's to stretch your belly out. It generally takes 9 mo's to unstretch.
Good luck and don't worry about it, thats bad for baby
