Lunges and squats should help in building a butt and strengthening your thighs.Yoga has been proven to help with posture. I'm sure any womens fitness or health magazine would have info as well as a routine you could modify.

yeah, there's all sorts of good exercise routines at womenshealthmag.com

spinning has done wonders for my ass. i've heard a lot of women are hesitant to take spinning, because they're afraid they'll get too muscular, but it's cardio - it makes you lean, not bulky. i do squats, lunges, leg lifts, etc, but once i added spinning to my routine my booty was definitely tighter and more lifted. you have to do it at least 3x a week to see results, though.
for your back, i like to use the rowing machine (not the one in the cardio room, the one in the weight room). or you can use 8lb dumbbells, bend 45 degrees at the waist, and lift them up toward your chest, keeping your elbows in, and release. make sure you're squeeeeezing the muscles in between your shoulder blades when you do those.
like a previous poster said, yoga is also good for your posture and gives you a lean body. i prefer pilates to yoga - but both use similar exercises and have similar benefits.

thanks yall!
What about your lower back??
I have done the thing where your lay on your tummy and lift your head and chest and point your toes. I can feel it in my lower back, any other ideas?

deadlifts with some hand weights will help your lower back. Tip from the hip with knees bent slightly keep the weights in front of your body and close to your body. Never tip past your knee caps. Easier with one bar, but if you only have free weights that works too. Deadlifts also help tone the hamstrings.

Do squats, hit the stair stepper or any stair cases you can find.
Don't you ever sleep?
Not at night...that's when the stars have rather better things to do. They're coming out, shining, that sort of thing.

Oxygen magazine is good and has a great forum, lots of good workout tips.

RUN. That's it. Running works practically every muscle in your body eps the ones you mentioned. I have defined abs not SUPER defined mind you but I have cust asking me all the time how many crunches I do a day! I do NOTHING else but run. It really works your core muscles, butt, thighs and calfs. Plus it's great cardio.
