Default Set up a date with a customer this weekend- Any advice/pointers???

I asked one of my regulars out on a date, he's always really friendly and fun to talk to, and he's moving to another state so I'm probably not gonna get to see him again anyway. We clicked right away when we met.

I don't think it's going to be awkward for me, I think it'll be fun! But I'm not sure how he will react when he sees my "real" self, in street clothes with out makeup. What if I'm totally not what he's expecting and he gets all weird about it?

Have any of you met up with customers OTC? How did it go, and how did you dress and/or act? What was the situation, exactly?

You're going out on a date! You have to wear makeup and dress up! If it is during the day, wear toned down "daytime" makeup, like a natural look. At night, go all out on the facepaint. Most dancers will take their customers to a bar that suits the customer's personality. Trendy/pub/cigar shop, etc.

I don't recommend doing this, because once a customer thinks they can go out with dancers, they want every dancer to do it. Let him know that your time IS NOT FREE. That will help him understand that you two are not dating, he is just getting a treat.
    Yes, I'm real.

    ^^^
I think it is a real date, not an escort type date so asking for money would probably be pretty weird.

^^^I agree with MarvelGirl. This sounds more like an actual date rather than an escort type situation. I also agree with goreantx, do your hair and make-up and wear nice clothes. It doesn't have to be as done-up as it would be for work, but date appropriate would be good whether it be at night or a daytime date. Just make it appropriate for the situation.

    Good luck and have fun!

I've gone out with a couple of customers as well as attending the obligatory managers 4th of July BBQ a couple of times when regular customers were also invited. It's not a bad thing, just keep it light and in perspective.

I can't suggest what to wear other than to say you should dress for the place you're going. Fancy, dress up ... Casual, dress down (but nice). Same for the makeup. Beyond that, just be yourself. If it clicks it clicks and if it doesn't it doesn't.
