I know of people who have done it, and I've heard mixed reviews. Like, it's EXTREMELY difficult because you basically starve yourself, add in roller coaster blood sugar levels and mood swings, and you'll feel like you're in Hell. Yes, you'll lose weight, but temporarily. Yes, you may detox some toxins out, but no more (IMHO) than doing a two week cleanse kit from GNC, which involves no self starvation. In fact, I would try doing the GNC cleanse kit first. I always lose some weight quickly when I do one. Something like this: http://www.enzymatictherapy.com/WholeBodyCleanse/

Eat really clean and drink tons of water, and absolutely NO sodas or processed/fatty/fried foods! One problem I have with isagenix is that it is an MLM, meaning yes, someone will try to sell it to you because they are making a commission off you. Then, they will try to get you to sell the kits, and they will make a commission off everyone you sell to, hence pyramid scheme. It just seems a little shady to me!

You can say that again.. not just on here but men in general. Guys are so damn lame, the only way they can halfway make up for it is by opening their wallets.
