Okay, this may seem like a dumb question but I'm kinda stressing about it. What do I say when I call the club that I want to work at? Do I have to ask for the manager first or just go ahead and ask how they do auditions? Any other advice?

I will 2nd that. Just tell the person on the other end of the phone that you'd like to come in to audtion and when is the best time.
Good luck!
When I called around to places, I did ask to speak to a manager just because I've had the dumb asses who answer the phone tell me "oh, we're not hiring" when really the club was. You just never know who you're going to get on the other end.....If you do ask for a manager, you can always tell them you are interested in auditioning & is there a good time that they would be available to meet you....
Just my 2 cents tho......OR just go in person. One front desk girl told me she just hangs up on girls that call in, & that they want to see what you look like, not talk on the phone....
Who knows tho......

A lot of clubs won't let random people who call in talk to the manager if you're not someone who works there already.
If a club is telling you over the phone that they're not hiring... going down in person is more likely to get you a different answer than asking for a manager... but these days... it's actually possible that they're really not hiring.

Say .... " I'm 5'3'' and weigh 220 " ..... " do you have any stripper openings " ?
Just call and ask when auditions are! You may also want to go visit the clubs you want to work out and ask there.
I say visit. I have been hired at most clubs by just walking in, of course dress the part.
If they don't do walk-ins they will def. tell you when to come back. I know a lot of managers that just get annoyed when people try to call to ask, it's not as difficult as some may think. By walking in you will get the answers you need and I know many clubs that don't even answer the phone, they just let it go to the voicemail.
Please don't lick me, it tickles..

You can call and talk to the front desk girl....who will tell you to come in to audition. Just call and say, "what time is best to meet the hiring manager"
When you show up, don't be surprised if the manager doesn't know that you are coming....there isn't very open lines of communication between front desk girl and mgmt. Also, probably 50% of the girls that call never show up to audition so it's not a top priority for the desk girl to tell the mgr that someone "might" be coming in to audition.
