    Default Cellulite

    Okay, so I know this might have been discussed before but i just need to know. I'm not overweight or anything, kinda thin actually, but I have a bit of cellulite on my butt and the back of my thighs. It drives me crazy. Any solutions on how to fix it/make it better quickly? Also its only really noticeable if I'm standing toward a light lol, so in most clubs I should be okay right?

    Most clubs have lighting to hide a lot of minor things, so you should be fine. As for what to do about it drink lots of water and you may want to consider endermologie massages or VelaSmooth.

    i've heard that coffee grounds can help with cellulite. spread damp grounds (not decaf or it defeates the purpose) an the problem areas, rub it in and leave on for 15 min or so 2x a week. the caffine is supposed to be absorbed into the skin and help break up the cellulite. drink lots of water too to help flush it out of your systerm. not sure how well it works, but it may be worth a try.

    The general consensus is that cellulite is buildup of fat deposits and toxins, caused by poor blood flow. So, anything that stimulates the lymphatic system would theoretically work to get rid of it. Body brushing, cupping, massages, coffee grinds, tons of water, cardio, eating a clean diet free of fatty and processed foods including sodas. Anything that will stimulate blood flow to that area will help tremendously. One girl on here wrote that she does body brushing before a hot bath, then rinses with ice cold water! This would surely stimulate your lymphatic system! I always noticed that areas such as my butt and upper thighs were always cold, I even had guys while sitting on their laps comment that my ass felt cold! I believe this is due to lack of blood flow to that area. If you want something serious, you could try Endermologie, or Thermage, which is what I did. They say Tonalin works well, but honestly it didn't work for me.

    two words: STEAM ROOM. I've been running for a half-hour and then going in the steam room, then showering, then some sauna and some more steam room if I can handle it but it really has made a difference in how much cellulite I have while standing still. Of course its still there when I push it together, lol.

    Not that this fixes the problem, but I've become more aware of what dance moves/pole tricks squeeze the cellulite in an unflattering way. Even the dimpliest of butts look good when you bend at the waist, pushing your rear backwards (like doggystyle) as opposed to pushing the hips forward or standing straight up.

    Actually cellulite is caused from weak connective tissue which makes the fat push through and look lumpy in that area. Dont smoke or tan because it breaks down the collagen in the tissue making it weaker. If it were trapped toxins every women who drank gallons of water a day would be cellulite free and 90% of women have some cellulite. The leaner your body fat percentage the better though because there is less fat that lumps to show through the weak tissue.

    yes to ^^^^
    if ur body fat is low, ur cellulite will be non exsistent.
    hamstring curls are really good for helping with cellulite on the back of the legs along with lots of water!

    Do "steps" workout. Read your lables when you go food shopping. A lot of the times something may look or sound healthy, but when you read the ingredients it is filled with shit.

    Avoid fried shit & sugary foods. Avoid soda. If you eat meat, don't eat red meat a lot. Eat it once in a while.

    Detox your body. Hot water & lemon before you go to bed. The sauna after a workout is a good idea also. Get body massages once in a while. When you apply body lotion, do upward motions so that it can help with the blood flow.


    If I think of anything else, i'll add more.
