    Default Enamel Hypoplasia

I was diagnosed with Enamel Hypoplasia of my two front teeth back when I was 10 or 11 and they came in. This basically means that I have a large, milky white spot on each of my two top front teeth. I'm somewhat concerned that this will turn custies off if I get into the business, especially under black lighting because these bright, white spots make the rest of my teeth look yellow even if they aren't. Does anyone else have this problem? I've considered bleaching my teeth to lessen it's visibility, but I also have extremely low enamel on my teeth and I've heard that bleaching can make them far more sensitive. (When I've talked to my dentist about this he said I'd have to regularly go in for bleaching to keep the Enamel Hypoplasia hidden). I guess this condition, as well as my low enamel, was a fluke that developed in the womb.

    Suggestions?

Instead of spending money on repeated bleaching, would you be a good candidate for veneers?

I have this problem (and really, really crooked teeth to boot - my parents didn't believe in braces >.>) and no one has ever directly commented on it.

I have this problem with one of my teeth and no one has EVER noticed in my entire life. I actually had to point it out to my boyfriend after we'd been together for several months. In fact, one of the top compliments I get from customers is on my smile. Laugh a lot, don't even think of it, and they will notice the laugh and your sparkling happy eyes far more than any imperfection. Alternately if it really bothers you veneers sound like a good idea but I thought I'd say something so it doesn't hold you back right now.
